After getting two conflicting estimates, I chose to write a review because this roofer identified the problem as a cracked vent pipe flashing and replaced it within a couple of hours. The previous company suggested extensive repairs that would have cost significantly more, so I'm grateful for the honest assessment and efficient work.

I expected a straightforward repair, which they completed in about two hours, but I did notice some debris was left around the yard. Overall, the roof leak was fixed and hasn't been an issue since.
