Mr. Bernier came to inspect my roof because it was leaking. He was the only one who took the time to remove as much material as possible and inspect the attic space. He determined it was a condensation problem, not a crack in the roofing. Other roofers had concluded it was a roof leak. A building inspector confirmed Mr. Bernier's diagnosis. Kudos and thank you to Mr. Bernier for his professionalism.
