Mr.Hershel was amazing! He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood to the fullest of what my roof needed. They were quick with the whole process and very professional! If you need any roof work I highly recommend!

They were absolutely amazing.very quick And You know how roof companies usually leave nails everywhere. Well, I'm here to tell you they didn't leave one nail on the ground anywhere and their price couldn't be beat by anybody.Very very very professional and productive. I hate that I don't have more work to give Hershel. Truly one of the few trustworthy people in his line of work . If your considering residential or industrial he handles it all. He did a roof on my 2000 square foot home Faster than I've ever seen anybody do one. And then had his guy Levi work on my Two hundred thousand square foot steel processing facility and treated them both with equal care and craftsmanship that I could never dream up. I'm not leaving this review to kiss up to him because I owe him nothing nor he owe me either but he Truly was a blessing if you need a roof these guys are who you need I highly recommend to whoever needs a roof or roof repairs. I'm telling you it's mind blowing how quickly quiet, and clean these guys are

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Bill was extremely professional and kept me informed on each step in the process. They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the project by sending pictures of the progress and completed the job exactly as promised. They even did an outstanding job cleaning up afterward - I honestly couldn't even tell they had been there, other than my beautiful new roof. In the end, I have a high-quality roof that looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail! I highly recommend them.

Bald eagle did an awesome job. They were very professional and bill was very helpful and very knowledgeable in explaining the differences of shingles. He was very honest and worked with me. I actually had them do two roofs with in a couple of months of each other on houses I own. They also did a great job on the clean up.

Thank you so much for the kind words and the five-star review! It was a privilege to work with you on both of your properties recently. Regarding your boyhood home in Midland, we were glad we could help navigate the repairs necessary to replace the entire roof after that April 2025 EF-1 tornado. We always aim to provide the best value possible, so we were happy to help you upgrade from the traditional three-tab shingles to a more durable architectural shingle for a similar price point—it’s a great way to ensure that your home stays protected for years to come. Our goal is always to make sure homeowners understand their options and get the best value for their investment. It was also a pleasure taking care of your rental property in Columbus. Addressing the rotten soffit and fascia is a critical part of a quality roof replacement, and we’re glad we could get that property back into top shape for you. It means a lot that you came back to us for a second project. We take great pride in our professionalism and our cleanup process, so we really appreciate you noticing the extra effort. I’ll be sure to pass your compliments along to the crew—they take a lot of pride in their workmanship and especially in leaving every job site clean and looking great. Thank you for trusting Bald Eagle Roofs and Exteriors, LLC with your homes!

Very professional company. They replaced my roof in one day. And went the extra mile involving a leak on my back porch. I'm very satisfied with my new roof and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Karen, thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting Bald Eagle Roofs and Exteriors with your home. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our team takes great pride in completing projects efficiently without sacrificing quality, so we’re glad you were pleased with the one-day roof replacement. Just as important to us is addressing the small details that protect your home long-term. We were happy to install the additional flashing and extend it properly over the non-attached patio roof to ensure everything tied together correctly and helped prevent future leaks. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and your recommendation is the highest compliment we can receive. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help. — The Bald Eagle Roofs and Exteriors Team
