Finding reliable commercial roofers in El Monte can be difficult, especially for larger projects. We needed a complete replacement on a retail property with a substantial flat roof. The project included tear-off, insulation upgrades, new membrane installation, and flashing replacement around multiple rooftop units. What impressed me most was the consistency. Communication remained clear, deadlines were met, and the finished roof matched what was outlined from the beginning. It was a straightforward experience from start to finish.

Our retail building needed more than a repair. The roof had too many weak points and soft areas underneath. Bailey Roofing completed the replacement, including structural corrections and a new membrane system. The work was efficient, organized, and done with a level of care we appreciated.

This project involved a full roof replacement on a large low-slope structure that had gone too long without proper work. Kelvin clearly laid out the scope, and the crew followed through with a complete rebuild and installation. The roof looks much better and gives us real peace of mind.

Glen from Bailey Roofing managed our 13,100-square-foot roof installation for our commercial property. The old shingles were removed, and a metal system was installed. The finished result has clean lines and excellent drainage.

We live in a modern single-level home with a flat roof; drainage had always been problematic. After one particularly bad winter, Bailey Roofing was called in for a full TPO replacement. The new membrane surface is seamless, bright, and built with a proper slope for water run-off. Sam took time to inspect every section and document the work for the city inspection. The project was efficient and professional from start to finish.

Our new home had a funny roof plan with intersecting angles and hips that we needed to sort to help it be in synch with what we wanted. John, the project leader, helped us to manage the redesign and replacement of the old one. Every seam lined up right. It wasn’t an easy project, but it turned out great.

I'm so happy with how the metal roof turned out! From the start they listened to what I wanted something sleek and modern. They took care of all the paperwork and picked materials. The crew was careful during installation and everything looks perfect. Thank you!

Our shingles were blown off with the recent strong winds. Since the roof was old, we decided to reroof it. We called Bailey Roofing, and they were interested in doing the job. They helped get the permits and new shingles and completed the job based on our timelines. The high-definition ridge shingles makes our roof look beautiful.

My experience with Bailey Roofing has been positive. We ran into several issues with our old roof, and Bailey Roofing (special shoutout to Chris) worked with us every step of the way to ensure all was done successfully. There are nothing but good things to say; I would recommend them to everyone.
