Highlands Commercial Roofing put a new roof on the apartment that I rent, in July 2024. To date, April 2026, the roof is still damaged.

Cold called our business today trying to speak with the CEO of our company. Was told she could only speak to the director of operations. Got hung up on immediately. It's not likely your calls would reach the business owner directly of every single company. Owner's don't take cold calls like this. Doesn't mean you were gonna miss out on business. What guarantees you miss out on business is hanging up on me. Customer service definitely could benefit from some training.

They feel entitled to park their company vehicles like this.

P1 Dex, After reviewing the GPS records from the truck, its shows it parked in the back of a Home Depot parking lot. Due to the length of these trucks they do not fit in a standard parking stall. Hence the reason its double parked in the back of the lot. Thank you.

They just installed my roof two months ago and it is leaking bad! The coating that they just installed is peeling all over. Don't make the same mistake I did go find another roofer. I am a very busy person and I purposely came on this form just to leave a negative just to leave a negative review

They painted my roof. That's all they did. No wonder the roof still leaks.

Highland Roofing performed better than our expectations in the roof replacement we needed over a large workout facility. They coordinated with the tenant, communicated daily on their schedule and work to be performed, and were timely in their execution of the replacement. Would highly recommend them.

We had Highland replace a roof for us on a commercial building in OC this summer. They provided a detailed, competitive bid and implemented the project on-schedule. Communication and progress documentation were also solid. The real test will be to see how their acrylic third layer holds up to heat, time will tell.

They replaced my 30,000 sq. ft. roof and went over and beyond and they addressed costly problems without additional charges. This was done a few years ago and I never had any issues yet the representative of the company calls me every year after the first storms to check on us which is greatly appreciated.

Our Kia Car Dealership needed a new roof overlay on our large main showroom building. Senior Project Manager Dan Nahirny came out and provided a thorough inspection, and wrote a detailed quote to do the work with several different warranty and price options. After making our selection, the work was scheduled and overseen by Project Manager Matthew Leary. Mr. Leary provided a schedule, and all of the work was completed as promised or ahead of schedule. The entire staff and crew at Highland Commercial Roofing was extremely professional and efficient, and all of the work is top-notch. There was one very small leak at the first rain of the season, and when I notified Dan, they immediately sent a repair crew out to fix it. We are very happy we chose Highland and will continue to use them for all of our roofing needs. I proudly give them my highest recommendation.

Highland Commercial Roofing installed a cool roof system for our warehouse a few years ago and also stands by their warranty. Highly recommended.

Choosing the right material to repair a flat commercial roof comes down to one thing above all else: matching the patch to the existing membrane. Highland Commercial Roofing sees this go wrong often in Baldwin Park — a TPO membrane repaired with an incompatible modified bitumen patch, or an EPDM roof patched with the wrong adhesive, can fail again within months. TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing (BUR) each require system-compatible repair materials and methods. TPO and PVC, for example, are heat-welded single-ply membranes that need specific welding techniques rather than tar or adhesive-based patches. EPDM typically calls for rubber-compatible adhesives, while modified bitumen and BUR repairs often use asphalt-based products matched to the original system. Using the wrong material doesn't just risk a failed patch. It can also void manufacturer warranties or trap moisture beneath the surface, leading to more costly damage down the line. With 35 years of experience repairing commercial flat roofs, Highland Commercial Roofing starts every repair with an accurate diagnosis of the existing system before recommending a material. If your Baldwin Park property has a persistent leak, reach out to have your roof assessed properly the first time.Aug 14, 2026Learn more
