  Our roof needed new shingles and attention to a sagging section. The roofing work was delayed a bit because of weather, which made sense. At first, the shingle color match was not ideal, but the team clearly explained the options and later offered a closer color choice that worked better for our home. They were respectful of our concerns and willing to swap in the better match, even though it added more time to the project. The roofers also checked the dip in the roof and explained that, because of the age of the house and the condition of the wood decking underneath, that area may need additional structural repair beyond standard reroofing. We appreciated that they pointed this out and helped us better understand what may be causing the issue. Even with a few communication challenges with Scott, the overall roofing service was solid, professional, and handled with care. In El Monte, it is important to have a dependable roof that can hold up well under sun and heat, and we were thankful for the crew’s effort and customer service throughout the job.

  My old roof was in rough shape, and after strong wind pulled off a lot of shingles, I decided it was time to file an insurance claim and move forward with a full roof replacement. I contacted a roofing contractor for an estimate after comparing a few credible roofers. They scheduled a roof inspection within a couple of days, checked everything carefully, and clearly explained the condition of the roofing system, what repairs were needed, and why a full replacement made the most sense. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, and no unnecessary add-ons—just honest advice and solid roofing knowledge. I received a detailed estimate the same day, and they also offered to help work directly with my insurance company to seek approval for the remaining amount that was not initially covered. Over the next few weeks, they stayed on top of the claim, provided the needed documentation, and helped get the full amount approved, which saved me a lot of money. The roofing crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of my property. They completed the job quickly, kept the work area clean, and took progress photos during the installation so I could see that the shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing components were installed the right way. That extra communication gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship. Now I have a brand-new roof that looks great, was installed properly, and should hold up well in the hot California sun for many years.   A while back, we needed a new roof and had a hard time finding a reliable roofing contractor. Several companies would not even give us an estimate. Then another customer suggested Brilliant Roofing, and we got in touch with Eduardo. He did exactly what he promised, the roofing work turned out excellent, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Now that we are selling and moving from El Monte, the home inspector noticed a missing chimney vent cap during the roof inspection. I reached out again, and just two days later Eduardo came by, installed the cap, and sent clear photos we could share with the buyers at no charge. That quick follow-up really helped keep the sale moving. It is hard to find a roofer who stands behind the job long after the installation, but that is exactly what happened here.   5/5 stars. if you need roof and gutter work, call Brilliant Roofing. i called late in the business day, around 3pm, asking if someone could stop by the same day to clean clogged gutters before a heavy rain. Not only was eduardo able to fit me in on short notice, but bryan, who handled the job, was friendly, hard working, and did an amazing job. He cleared out the gutters, improved the water flow, and made sure everything around the roof edge was cleaned up well. both eduardo and bryan went above and beyond and earned my business for life. i highly recommend them if you want dependable roofing and gutter service, fair help, and quality work. good people doing good work can be hard to find, and i would gladly use them again.

  we have used this roofing team several times, and they have done a great job each time. our tile roof has had a few common issues like cracked tiles, small leaks, and some extra trouble with birds nesting near the roof edges and gaps, squirrels getting close to the attic, and even bees in the eaves. since tile roofing can attract wildlife and the tiles can be fragile at times, we have needed repairs more than once over the years. each time, the crew handled the roof work well, explained the needed repairs in simple terms, and fixed the problem without hassle. when the bees returned and made another hive, they honored the warranty and came back to take care of it, which we really appreciated. eduardo was helpful, scott was professional, bryan was thorough, i felt informed throughout the process, and they kept the work area clean. while tile roofing can need more upkeep than some other roofing materials, it does give the home a beautiful look and fits the style of the house well. overall, we are very happy with the roofing service, the follow-up, and the quality of the repairs, and we would definitely use them again.

  I received four roofing estimates, and Brilliant Roofing had the best overall value. Before the new roof work could start, a leak showed up, so I called Eduardo for help. He came out the same day with Pedro to tarp the problem area before heavy rain moved in that night. During the whole roofing process, I had a lot of questions, and Eduardo answered every one and always called me back. He even allowed me to change the shingle color before the materials were ordered.   I reached out after a recommendation and had Scott, the project manager, come inspect my roof and provide an estimate. He was very professional and gave me a fair price after showing clear photos of the roofing issues he found, including the problem around my skylight, and explaining the best repair solution. I really appreciated how he walked me through each picture and pointed out the areas that needed attention, since I’m not able to get up on the roof myself. When it was time for the work, Todd and the roofing crew arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. They carefully placed tarps to protect the area from debris while removing the old skylight and completing the roof repair. The team was polite, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned up well before they left. The whole process was smooth, organized, and completed in just a few hours.
