  David, If you go back to Thursday, you will see that I left you a message about moving the appointment to next week. This past Thursday we were working in Sanford and didn't finish our project. I called and left a message to that effect. We had to go back to Sanford to work on Friday. This is why I left the message and wasn't in the office to receive any of your messages. My apologies for any inconvenience this caused. Respectfully, John Black

  Hired B and B Roofing fall of 2022, contract signed for CertainTeed shingles. Mr Black applied GAF shingles. The way I found out …I asked for left over shingles which he said were on the bottom of trash truck, he would deliver left over when he cleaned out truck. Why shingles for job on bottom of trash, don’t u need them? When he finally delivered left over, they were GAF shingle’s, matched new roof. He admitted “ mistake.” Offered to tear off new roof and replace with CertainTeed. I did not want to mess with the integrity of roof, again! There were busted pieces of plywood from the new roof. ( which can happen) He offered monetary compensation, I felt was not adequate. I asked for an amount I thought was fair. He agreed but dragged out over months and months , excuses and excuses ,the return of partial payment until I finally decreased the amount to what HE first offered. The last part of payment he returned after I wrote the BBB. He also said he had to replace many pieces of plywood due to “ slow leaks.” Cost me an additional $800.00+.I was working the day he replaced the roof and asked him in advance to send me pictures of the condition of wood . He sent me pictures of plywood already removed. NO pictures of “ slow leaks.” I asked him to repair the busted pieces of plywood u could see in attic. After months, months he did but the repair was poor. Come to whatever conclusions with the information shared. I suffered for months and months with the decisions I made , the poor resolution of poor, inadequate roof replacement, after months of research and estimates. I did learn important lesson, be home during any home repairs to avoid hardship!

  Mrs. Pendergrass I am sorry you feel this way. I was willing to replace the roof as you stated. I did return the cost of shingles to you. I would have preferred you to have been home as well. Thank you for your business

  Responded to our online help request within a hour of posting and were able to come perform an inspection on the same day. They showed us what was damaged and provided a very reasonable quote. The came out a couple days later to perform the work. They were about 20 minutes early and performed the work quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves very well. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.

  B&B Roofing installed my original roof when my house was built. Two and a half decades later it was time to replace it. Again John and team did a great job! Juggling the weather, they completed the job professionally and on schedule including gutter repairs, and we are very pleased!

  We had a branch fall on our roof that punctured the shingles. Jonathan was able to come out quickly and get the job done efficiently and for a good price. We will absolutely use them for any and all roofing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

  Had a roof leak in my covered patio and was worried it was going to affect the electricity. Reached out for several companies and B&B called back immediately and showed up the same day. They did quality work in an efficient timeframe. I highly recommend this father-son team.
