John and his team have impressed us at every step of the way. John answered all of our questions, offered detailed explanations, and made sure we always knew what was going on. The stucco repairs and painting were given thorough attention and no detail was overlooked. I would absolutely recommend John and his team, and would gladly use their services again.

Az Grand did a absolutely amazing job painting my home. I am a very picky person and all about the details. They went above and beyond my expectations from communication quality of workmanship to clean up. They even made sure to keep the gate closed so my tortoise wouldn't get out at all times. I definitely will be using them again and referring them to people. Thank You AZ Grand roofing and painting.

AZ Grand Roofing and Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. Hunter was very professional. He showed up when he said he would. His bid for the job was very fair. Most of all, his crew took extra attention to detail and cleaned up better than I expected. I highly recommend this company.

I invited several companies to my home for the free estimate. We were impressed with 2 of them. The big company quoted almost $10,000 but they were very knowledgeable. They put on the pressure from the very first call. John Shaw was the last to visit. He shared the same insights as the big company PLUS much more. After speaking with him, I knew he was the man for the job. He quoted us half of what the other company did, put no pressure on me, and offered things like trenching around the foundation in case we ever change our landscape. We signed with him. I told him I wanted the top grade paint and he, in his honesty and wisdom, told me for this job it would be costly and not beneficial. He saved me money. The men that came to do the job were efficient and clean. They did an amazing job. When I spoke with them they were extremely respectful. They came every day, on time, until the job was finished. Upon finishing, John set up a meeting with me and my husband. We walked the house together to find any touch ups that were needed. I found one on this large home. John found most. I was very impressed at the patchwork they did in the stucco. Our house started off very damaged and I could not pick out where they patched had I not known where the damage was. It looks new again. I highly recommend John Shaw and AZ Grand Roofing and Painting. We are so impressed and happy. We WILL be using them in the future. Thank you John and thank you to your crew!

After reviewing multiple applicants, I chose the AZ Grand Roofing & Painting team. They proposed a combination of expertise and efficiency with a next-level attention to detail that I hoped for my project. I could not be more pleased with how the project turned out. Greater than a 5 star experience.

Got pricing from 4 firms. Hunter Gave me a great price and a good time frame. The painters were super professional, did a bang up job and left no footprint. Could be happier with the outcome

After a bad experience with another contractor that made our leaking roof worse, I dreaded the task of finding a fair and reputable roofing company to fix it once and for all. From the first phone call to John and the remaining interactions with Hunter I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and quality work we received. They communicated in a timely and thorough manner and followed through on everything they promised. Even being 1,800 mikes away during the work I was always made aware of every step, receiving frequent updates. They also easily coordinated with the heating/AC contractor to remove/replace the rooftop unit. Even the heating/AC contractor raved about high-quality work of Hunter/AZ Grand Roofing and Painting. It’s so refreshing to deal with an honest and reliable contractor! I highly recommend AZ Grand Roofing & Painting for any roof repairs or replacement. UPDATE: After the historic haboob yesterday, there were a few leaks coming in through the dining room ceiling. Hunter showed up within hours of the call, identified where the leaks were coming from and sealed everything up. The leaks were not due to any issues with their previous work, but rather small cracks/holes around some upper level windows where the water came in. Again, very impressed with the prompt response and top-notch service. Thanks, Hunter!
