DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Contracted AWR back in Aug 2024, after the Temple tornado. Jay took the down payment, and deductible over $10k, started the work but never finished. After months of excuses, missed appointments, and lies, Jay stopped returning calls, texts and emails. Recently filed a complaint with the BBB. We'll see if anything comes of it.

I had an excellent experience with J. He was consistently kind and professional, demonstrating a strong commitment to communication by being responsive and following up regularly. His pricing is also fair and VERY reasonable. I am pleased to have found someone for my roof issues. He is just a good person, and I highly recommend him.

AWR Roofing was super helpful with my roofing issues. They are very professional and have obvious experience in their field. There was no sales pressure on anything, they just checked out my concerns and were just upfront about the issues; and are very reasonable with their labor costs. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing repairs that you might have. Thank you

I've had Jay and his folks out at my home twice now for a leak repair. I sure wish I would have had him working on this house when it was built as he was able to identify a number of issues and correct them quickly and without a headache. …

Great experience from start to finish. Jay was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything. The repair was done quickly (he was over to the house in no time at all) and the quality of the work was excellent. I can’t say enough about a job well done. Highly recommend!

Great company. Jay know his stuff. I have had 6 other roofing companies come out to fix a leak and none of them fixed it but he found the issue in about 5 minutes and fixed it rite then. Great outfit.

Thank you sir. I am sorry none of those other guys could get you taken care of and that you had to call so many guys to get it fixed but at least it’s fixed now.

Tremendous service, super fast repairs. I’ve got a brand new roof and they even repaired an older area that needed upgrades. Did all the insurance paperwork for me and everything went smoothly.

Our home was severely damaged by the joint hurricanes of 2025. In particular our ceramic tile roof was practically destroyed. We began interviewing roofers for a total replacement. By far AWR, under the leadership of Bryan Stephens, was the standout firm. Bryan was fair, honest and transparent with regard to the scope of the project, specifically in what choices we had, what costs would be incurred and the timing of the replacement. The result was a far better roof than the original with no quality or cost surprises at the completion of the work. Bryan brought a knowledge and expertise to the project which was invaluable to its success. I would highly recommend AWR for any ones roofing needs. Michael McNelis Holmes Beach, Fl.

Jay did an incredible job on our roof and went above and beyond in numerous instances without changing the quote. Two examples out of many: While replacing the roof, we learned that the water heater vent was the wrong kind, which he replaced at no charge. When the paint was off a shade he took initiative to have his guys redo it and in fact paint the whole house rather than just the fascia. He’s an honest guy that truly just cares about doing a good job. Would 1000% recommend AWR for anyone who wants a great roof replacement experience at a fair price.
