At Last Roof Repair came out to investigate a leak that I thought was originating at the roof on my home in San Francisco. I was very happy with their responsiveness and scheduling, and Jeremy's communication and customer service throughout was fantastic -- all things I used to take for granted but which seem to be rare finds these days. Jeremy determined that the leak wasn't coming from the roofline (and is still a mystery to be solved), and so there was no work to hire them for. That said, At Last Roof Repair is the first business I'm going to be calling when it comes time to replace my roof. To all who live in San Francisco and wants honest contractor, give At Last Roof Repair a call.

We stated noticing signs of leaks in our living room (water stains) and finally got around to calling someone before the rainy season. Sergio from At Last Roof Repair Inc was quick to respond and it was easy to book an appointment. Sergio came out and inspected the entire roof and quickly diagnosed the problem we pointed out and highlighted a few other areas of concern. He proactively pointed to the joint by the chimney that was causing the problem we reported for free and refused to take any payment for the visit (I tried). I was super impressed with how professional and courtesy Sergio was and of course appreciate the fact I was not rushed into making any immediate, costly repairs. I will certainly be using At Last Roof Repair Inc for any future roofing needs and highly recommend Sergio, thanks again for your help!

We called Victor at At Last Roof Repair because we had a glowing review of this company from my parents, who also had their roof replaced recently by At Last Roof Repair. Victor and his guys were professional, timely, used quality materials and did great work. They replaced our very old and worn out roof, and installed new gutters. Every time I pull in the driveway now I think, "WOW, that roof looks *AMAZING*!" I would recommend At Last Roof Repair to friends and family looking for a new roof or gutter installation. Thanks you for reading.

I called At Last Roof Repair because my gutter was beginning to separate from my house. It had been raining for the past few days and there was rain in the forecast for pretty much the rest of the week. Personally as a homeowner in San Francisco, I would call that an emergency situation. Ramon from At Last Roof Repair was super nice and helpful in setting up my appointment for someone to come out to look at it. He personally came out to check on the situation and knew exactly how to handle it. He was very clear and knowledgeable when explaining the issue and different solutions to me. After we decided on the solution and hung up the phone, he called right back about five minutes later. Someone had cancelled and he had a free afternoon to fix my gutters! I know that doesn’t happen in every case, but I appreciated that Ramon was willing to get the job done immediately. He drew up the contract and went to work. A job that would normally take around a week and a half from start to finish, took one and half day. I got to give Ramon the credit for that. The staff members at At Last Roof Repair are professional, friendly, courteous, and understanding. They also did not try to sell me things or services that I didn’t need. I’m very pleased with the work that has been done and I would definitely recommend At Last Roof Repair to everyone I know.

At Last Roof Repair did a reasonable job with the repairs and gave us a fair price for the work. I recommend their services to anyone looking of a reliable repair company that does good work and affordable. It's been a week now since the repairs and everything is great.
