The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

My roof was leaking. I hired Mr. Ashby to install a new roof. My roof was still leaking. I called Mr. Ashby and he patched the roof. It started leaking again. When I called him again he would not answer my calls. I saw an attorney and was not able to take legal action because the business and property was in his mother's name. I had to have my roof completely tore off and a have a new one put on. I had to clean up the mess he left behind. He is not accredited with the BBB.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Ashby Roofing co.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
