  Absolutely a nightmare from start to where we are today.....which is, we have paid them an unbelievable amount of money to not finish the job and do what they were supposed to do and also leave us in a position to have to have the roof completely redone by another company (would not want them touching our roof again). They will claim that we are having to have it redone because the shingles were defective (which I don't understand why they did not see that when they were installing them because we had another roofing company look at it and they realized within 5 minutes that the shingles were not good). But, the shingle problem is a small portion of why we are having to have the job done over again. The workmanship was terrible. The ability to get in touch with anyone to discuss anything was impossible and when we would tell them about a problem, they would just look at it and go on their merry way. Anyway, I have 4 typewritten pages logging our experience with them and now I'm sure they are happy because they got paid the full amount for a halfway job done. Hopefully we will never have to deal with them again, but really feel cheated. It was an insurance claim, so my insurance company will definitely be getting a full report and hopefully think twice about dealing with them again. If this would have let me give "no stars" I would have done that. It made me fill in at least one.

  This roofing company is a joke. They don’t use licensed roofers. The contracts say they do but they don’t. Be very careful on using them and the subs they have.

  To be honest, the best choice would be to choose someone else for your roofing needs. We reached out to multiple companies for quotes. The salesperson for Best Choice sold us on their quality, the type of roof they were going to install, and the price which was in the middle range of the quotes that we received. After all three parties (us, the salesperson, and their boss) signed the contract, we scheduled out the replacement by 6 weeks. They were scheduled to drop off the roof supplies a couple days before the roof replacement. On the delivery day, they only brought a few of the materials. Then on the day they were supposed to start replacing the roof, no one showed up. We called and pretty much got the run-around and got excuses. We set up a new installation date. They called on the new installation date and cancelled the entire contract that we had all signed. They could not find anyone to do the work. They told us they bid the job too low and there is not enough money in the bid for a contractor to take the job. It appears Best Choice does not do their own work. They bid jobs and then sell the contracts to contractors/other businesses. They bid the job so low that no other company wanted to touch it. We looked into the contract and discussed it with a lawyer. We decided to accept our down payment back instead of forcing them to do the repair. We could not trust that a quality job would be performed since they would have been ​ forced into honoring their bid. We also noticed the contract had conflicting information about the warranty. The documented warranty in the contract was less than what their website and salesperson stated it would be. They talk a good game, but that is about it. Find someone local to support instead.

  Leaving a poor review for Zach storm damage sales rep for not respecting our two no soliciting signs and still ringing the door bell. I remotely answered saying no thank you and to please note our signs next time. I called their office number too to report him not respecting our privacy and to please retrain sales reps, but the office assistant hung up before I could put my address under their no call list. I am just politely leaving a review hoping you will take this constructive feedback to your team and have a nice day.

  The job was done great for the roof. However, I am in a wheelchair and if you have anything in your yard, expected to be placed on your porch and never put back in place. I am in a wheelchair And have to go around putting everything back. Also, they broken antenna on a car and offered 50 bucks. I have to put my car in the shop for it to be fixed. They did offer to pay the invoice now but It’s your time your effort that gets disrupted by now having to put a car in the shop. If you’re just wanting a good roof, they did great however, if you’re looking for things to be put back the way they were or undamaged probably wouldn’t go with this company. They were very prompt on returning to my house and saying they were done fixing the things nothing was fixed correctly. Very poorly DO NOT USE

  Apologies for these customer service oversights, especially since it's soured what has otherwise been a smooth process & roof installation 😢. It looks like we just completed our final inspection earlier today. Please allow us the opportunity to come back & reset your items if that hasn't been done yet🙏🏻 Unfortunately for liability reasons, our production employees cannot perform the antenna repair ourselves but perhaps we can look into a mobile repair service so as not to interrupt your existing schedule too much.   I would not recommend this company to anyone they are the worst on their job. They are unprofessional, and they are lifting over things all over the place. Some material left for almost a two month before they pick it up.

  Steer clear of this company. Workers are unprofessional, dishonest, rude, and the work is not quality work. They repaired our roof two months ago, and within weeks, the repaired shingles were loose. They came to "fix" those, and now we have others that are loose, two months later.

  Hey Amanda my name is Joseph, owner the local BCR here. I'm very sorry to hear that you felt misled and mistreated, especially since honesty & transparency are core business values of our company. That being said, I would really love to speak with you about this and hear more about the issues and see what can be done to resolve the concerns, but we've combed through our customer database and haven't been able to match your Google profile name/situation with any of our recent jobs within the past few months. Is the file under a different name perhaps? Some folks use repair/replace interchangeably and as a licensed contractor we warranty our work so that distinction is important to us. Because we cannot control Mother Nature, our warranty for repairs extends only to shingles we've replaced/resealed, but of course if we performed a full roofing replacement my team would want to address the issues as described ASAP. And since call-backs for the same/similar issue for us are so rare, I'll be directing top-level management to address this in order to ensure there's not some kind of widespread systemic issue (example: manufacture's defect that wasn't immediately apparent during installation.)   I cannot recommend this team enough! Matthew and Allison were absolute godsends throughout my entire insurance claim. From day one, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They reassured me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. What truly sets them apart is that they were willing to fight for me when other companies simply gave up and told me they wouldn't. Matthew and Allison never backed down. They advocated on my behalf, stood up to State Farm, and made sure my voice was heard. Knowing they were in my corner gave me so much peace of mind. I also want to recognize Dontavius, who was outstanding during the installation. He was incredibly reliable, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. He showed up when he said he would, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed the right way.   Very easy process! From the inspection to the roof installation. Andrew and Dante went out of their way to insure everything was done right. The workers were great and cleaned up everything and put everything back just the way it was. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing!

  Matt and Allison brought to my attention roof damage that might qualify for insureance replacement of the roof. After insoection, they helped file a claim. State Farm promptly sent an adjuster. Once SF processed the claim, we paid Best Choice the up front portion and they scheduled the repair a week later. The install took 3 day including rework required by the foreman. (That was impressive - that the foreman required some of the replacment to be redone to his standard). The replacement looks great and I look forward to many years of service,

His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were evident every step of the way. What truly sets Matthew apart is how much he genuinely cares about his customers.   Andrew came by one day and ask if he could do a roof inspection and I said yes. He found hail damage and thought Insurance would cover it, I was skeptical. He got everything set up with my Insurance and I didn't have to do anything. Then just a couple of weeks later, Donte and the crew showed up and replaced the roof, including tear off, in about 7 hours, including clean up. Which included the nail that somehow got into the deep end of the pool. And let's not forget Cheyenne, although I only talked to her three times on the phone, she also played a key role in the installation. These folks are great and I would highly recommend.

  Excellent customer service. The salesman Darryl made sure I understood everything that would be done to my home. Donta the production manager made sure to keep me up to date. He sent me pictures and explained everything during the process.

  I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing. They replaced the damaged section on my asphalt shingle roof quickly and with minimal hassle. From initial phone call to completion of project was just 6 days. There communication was excellent and the follow up phone calls were timely. The crew arrived on time, did a thorough cleanup, and the replacement shingles blend in nicely! Our roof looks great, and they completed the project within budget.

  I want to thank j, and Darrell.They were so helpful.They set with me all day explaining all this stuff to me because i'm old and don't know a lot of this stuff. They were very considerate of me and very knowledgeable about their job.I think they both deserve a raise. You don't find good honest, people much anymore.And they were very much totally of both. And yes , I have recommended them to some other people. I did have some problems, but it was with the insurance company.Not the roofing co.

  Excellent service from start to finish! Trinity and Dontavius were both a great help and made the entire process as easy as possible. Even with some ordinance stuff that came up mid-install they were quick to communicate and assist with some of the bureaucratic stuff
