I highly recommend this company! They did a remarkable job in a timely manner. A big shout out to Preston Dye, the best Rep. The communication was outstanding, he took time out to explain the process and was present from the beginning to the end. The whole process was stress free.

I've tried for a few years to get my roof replaced due to hail storms we've had. I live in a cul de sac and of the seven homes, five of them have the same insurance company. Four of those houses had their roofs replaced by the ins co. I was always denied. Shelby stopped by and said she could see there was indeed hail damage and wanted to know if I would be interested in getting it replaced. Told her my story, she said let me handle it. Sure enough, she exceeded my expectation. She went to bat for us and was successful. Everything she stated she would do, she did. I was kept informed and made aware of possible decking issue once the shingles were removed. I appreciate Shelby and B&A Roofing for their professionalism. I would certainly recommend them for roofing needs.

Thank you so much for sharing your story, Kirby — and what a story it is! After years of being denied by your insurance company while your neighbours received approvals for the very same hail damage, we completely understand how frustrating and disheartening that must have felt. We're so proud that Shelby recognised the damage immediately, listened to your situation with genuine care, and stepped up to advocate for you with the determination and confidence you deserved all along. At B&A Roofing, we believe every homeowner has the right to a fair assessment and a fair outcome, and Shelby went above and beyond to make sure that happened for you. Following through on every commitment, keeping you informed throughout the entire process, and even flagging the potential decking issue before it became a surprise — that's the level of transparency and professionalism we hold ourselves to on every single job. Knowing that Shelby exceeded your expectations after years of disappointment makes this outcome even more meaningful for our whole team. Thank you for your trust, your patience through a long process, and for taking the time to recommend B&A Roofing so warmly, Kirby. We hope your new roof gives you complete peace of mind for many years ahead. We're always here whenever you need us! 🏠

I can't begin to tell you what a great experience this was. Mark came by my house and I told him I was already working on this. A few months later I had gotten no where with my insurance company. Mark walked me through the whole process, answeed all my questions and fought to make sure that Insurance company understood why my roof should be covered. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and my new roof is just beautiful. Highly recommended!!

When a storm tears off shingles or punches a hole in your roof, you have one immediate problem: Water is getting in RIGHT NOW. 🌧️ That's what emergency tarping is for. 🏠 WHAT IS ROOF TARPING? A heavy-duty tarp is secured over the damaged area to stop water intrusion while you wait for a full inspection and insurance approval. ⏱️ WHEN DO YOU NEED IT? • Visible holes or missing shingles after a storm • Active leak inside your home • Any time rain is forecast within 24 hours 💰 WHAT DOES IT COST? Most insurance policies cover emergency tarping under your claim. Our team will document the tarping as part of your full claim — so in most cases, your cost is $0 out of pocket. ⚠️ DO NOT let a stranger tarp your roof for thousands of dollars before your adjuster sees it. This is a common post-storm scam. Call us first. We'll tell you honestly whether you need it. #EmergencyRoofing #RoofTarping #AlabamaRoofing #StormDamage #RoofLeak #HomeProtection 3 days agoCall now
