Came and measured and never responded to emails or calls regarding the estimate. Wasted 2 hours of my time promised they could get the job done for my father who had just had a stroke in Somerville and then complete ghosting. Tam never responded to texts calls or emails. Not professional not reliable. RB Farina Roofing is who we hired. Do not call Tam from Arya.

Got a quote and agreed with this contractor for a roofing job. They then stopped responding to all calls and e-mails. Very unprofessional, if you don't want to do the work anymore it is fine to say so, it is not fine to ghost customers.

Ten was easy to talk to and gave a reasonable price for a full siding and roof replacement. The job was ok, some imperfections but you get what you pay for. The two stars are for aftermath, when a long siding nail went into a pipe causing …

Arya Roofing & Contracting did a fantastic job replacing my old vinyl siding with Wolf Portrait Siding and Versatex. The crew was professional and extremely respectful of my property. Ten was always available to answer questions. It is the care and concern Ten and his team have for their customers that makes Arya Roofing & Contracting so amazing. I highly recommend them.

Ten came to us highly recommended by MKC Home inspectors. We had a very complex job involving a whole roof replacement that required custom insulation and mold treatment. Some things I liked about the whole experience: - Ten had recommendations for the mold treatment and insulation and could co-ordinate with multiple people to get the job done - During construction, Ten realized that he didn't need to use certain materials, and came forward and said so, knocking the cost down after the estimate - During construction, he discovered that our bathroom fan vented into the attic crawlspace, which was sub-optimal, and offered to vent it outside, which he did right then and there - During construction, he discovered some siding that had rotted and replaced it - I received photos of the process as it happened. It felt like I was there on top - He was very responsive during the entire process

I have the whole roof and gutters replaced. In two days, the Whole team was so effectively and efficiently. They did a beautiful job for me. The price is very good and the job is excellent. The owner of the company is very friendly and approachable, easy to talk to. After the work, they cleaned all the trash and restore the original yard. I would highly recommend it to all my friends and families. In the future I will definitely use this company for other projects outside the house.

Arya roofing did a great job on our complex roof. The workers worked very long hours (including on one Saturday) and did a fantastic job cleaning up after. I thought Ten was communicative and it was a great experience. i would definitely recommend this company.

Arya replaced the copper panels and the plywood sheeting covering the bay windows extending from our dining room. The work was done in February In 20° weather and brisk winds but was critical to stop damaging leaks from the old roof. Despite the challenging weather, the three man crew worked diligently over 3 1/2 days. Their workmanship was first rate, and they were meticulous in cleaning up at the end of each workday. Ten Arya Is a pleasure to deal with – – he is friendly, knowledgeable and focused on doing the job right. And his fees are competitive. I could not recommend Arya Roofing more highly.
