Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They nailed the shingle line on every shingle using 6 nails per shingle. This is usually not done. We are in the roofing business for 51 years and 12 hours away. We needed to hire a local company which …

Dillion Wilson and his crew were absolutely amazing! Dillion came to inspect our roof, gave me a full report with pictures, and was very professional and responsive when it took me almost 3 months to get clearance to make the repairs. Dillion was in constant communication with me during the entire process and made sure I was informed about what was happening! They made the repairs quickly and it looks great! My hotel thanks you, my team thanks you, and I thank you! If you want fast, friendly, and professional service, I’d definitely recommend ARS!

I've used ARS twice this year, with amazing results both times. The first time I used them was February (2020). I had some damaged fascia, and upon further inspection, some holes in my actual roof from critters. I reached out to ARS based on a positive review, and was contacted that same day by Kate Pinckney, who arranged an inspection/estimate that very afternoon. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was completed professionally, competently, and immediately. We definitely knew we were overdue for a complete roof replacement based on it's current age and condition, and based on my experience with Kate and ARS, my intention was to go through them when it was time. I contacted Kate a few weeks ago, got a very fair and timely estimate, and even had assistance with financing. ARS covered all the bases, completed the entire removal of old shingles, replaced plywood in certain places, and installation of new shingles in one day. Efficient, professional, and amazing cleanup at the end of the day. If you're in the market for a new roof, looking for a really fair price, and want responsive, professional people to work with, please call Kate Pinckney at ARS!
