Two out of four roofing representatives actually got up on my roof, took photos and sent them to me along with their estimates. Guy Azoulay with Ark Roofing & Contracting was one of them, and not only did he provide the most complete detailed explanation of materials and everything that would be involved, he also submitted the most competitive bid. The Ark crew were on the job at 7:00 am, completed the full tear-off, installed new underlayment, repaired some dry rot, and finished their first day around 6:30 pm. After everything was installed on day two, all debris had been cleaned up around the house. We don’t have a huge home, but that was fast! Guy was always responsive to my questions during the entire process, was regularly here on site, and sent detailed photos and drone images to show progress. All labor and materials were top tier and our new roof looks awesome. I heartily recommend Ark Roofing & Contracting.

Guy is our guy! he gave us a fair quote on our roof, it needed repair and replacement from rocks to shingles, he gave us great advice on what would last longer in the long run, open to what we want, the job was finished 1day before the promised time. all his crew as respectful of property and owner, cleaned up after each day, we pass city inspection with flying colors. would definitely recommend to friends and family

Our roof was overdue for replacement, and Tom came out to inspect it. His estimate was in the middle of other estimates but he seemed most knowledgeable about exactly what would be necessary for our roof and his estimate was comprehensive (it was currently composite shingle over the original wood shingle roof, so both layers needed to be pulled off and then plywood installed as the base of the new roof). The team was very efficient and had it done in 4 days, the new roof looks great!

Ark Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our property. Project manager Tom provided a timely and competitive estimate, kept me informed throughout the entire process, made adjustments and recommendations where appropriate to solve difficulties around our equipment, and his team cleaned up the site when finished. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Would I hire Ark Roofing again? Without question yes. This is a talented team and I’m very pleased with the results. Thank you Ark Roofing.

Ark was one of three roofers who came out to give us an estimate on re roofing our home. Tom showed up with no used car salesman routine. He talked to me on even ground, gave me a realistic picture, and stayed courteous the whole time. I knew right then I wanted Ark, and their estimate came in sensible. The crew respected our property and our privacy. Several of them even put plastic sheeting over our computers and protected our back garden. He watched over everything through demo, build and final cleanup. We got a sound roof and were never gouged. I happily recommend them.

After getting several quotes for a new roof, I chose Ark Roofing because of their competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Tom, the area manager, was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was responsive, professional, and made everything easy. They were also very flexible with scheduling the installation, which was a huge help. The quality of the work was great, and I highly recommend Ark Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

This is the second time we've used their roofing services for a roof repair, and the service and response is impeccable. Most importantly, they are fairly priced where we've seen other company's try to charge exorbitant fees. Thank you!
