After last year's heavy rains, our roof was a mess and we knew it was time. We got a few quotes and ended up going with Ark Roofing. Working with Nate was great. He actually coordinated taking down and putting back up our solar panels, which saved us a ton of separate scheduling headaches. They had to replace some damaged fascia, shiplap, and plywood, plus painted the new flashing to match the rest of the house. Everything was done on schedule and looks solid. Definitely call these guys if you need work done. Bring on EL NINO!

My first introduction to Ark was when I experienced a roof leak in February. I had three quotes for repair and theirs was the in the middle but Noah, the owner talked me through what was needed and it appears the other company's were "over" repairing it. We completed the repair and all was well. During that initial conversation we talked about the life cycle of the undermlayent to my Tile roof. This summer I went through three bids and although Noah’s wasn't the least expensive, his approach and willingness to stand behind his work won him the bid. It took a week and the team was amazing. Cleaned up everyday. Covered everything to ensure no damage. Several neighbors took notice and all wanted bids.

Had a fantastic experience with Ark roofing. They were the first to respond with great pricing (best out of 3) for a new roof that's sorely needed for my Burbank house. Noah was super responsive and a great communicator. After scheduling a quick visit, they sent me a quick written bid that was clear and straightforward and priced very well and fair. They only recommended replacing what was needed. They said my patio and garage roof was fine and they advised that I only replace the roof for the main 2,000 sq. Ft house which saved me money. I have a great friend nearby who is a general contractor and he came by to inspect the work first hand as well and confirmed they did great. Noah handled all the paperwork, city inspections and their fees, he was in touch every day with me to update me on progress and the job was done on time and as scheduled. They cleaned up well and it was problem free! They did some extra cleaning of skylights, touch up painting of gutters and even removed some wasp hives for free! I HIGHLY recommend Ark roofing!

Noah and his crew just replaced our 29 year old roof over 3 days. Usually these things have minor hiccups so I was surprised with Ark Roofing when there was none. Great communication with Noah who's on the job the whole time, respectful of …

We got six estimates to replace our roof, which was very old and failing. Ark Roofing won out because of their extremely competitive pricing, superior attention to detail, and excellent communication. Noah, our project manager, was superb-- he responded to my texts immediately, answered every question thoroughly, and assured every part of the project was done well. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge of associated issues like electrical and HVAC concerns. Because of his advice, we were not only able to do this project quickly, but do it thoroughly and well.

I went through several roofing contractors and quotes for my home reroof and throughout the various site visits, calls, and quotes, I can say Nate and Noah have been the most honest, straightforward, responsive, and professional. 1) Excellent Communication - Calls, emails, texts. Responsive, informative, consistent updates, questions answered right away 2) Documentation - unlike other contractors, Ark's quote contained all the necessary details such as cost, payment schedule, materials (names and quantities), terms, and all. They also provided license, insurance, and any other supporting documentation. And at the end, they provided a full closing report with pictures of every step. 3) Work - their in-house roofing crew was very hard-working, got through the project quickly, and left the yard/driveway clean.

Noah and the rest of the roofing team did a great job replacing my roof. He had provided samples, explained what needed to be done, how they would proceed, replaced rotted wood, was considerate of my property and did a great job cleaning …

Ark Roofing installed our G.A.F. asphalt shingle roofing last March. We selected them after receiving several bids from other local area contractors and vetted each one thoroughly, including speaking to Noah’s references - which were all good! His bid was competitive and I felt very confident in his ability, work ethic & honesty. He provided the permit & all requested insurance certificates before starting the job. He competed all the work himself and provided all manufacture warranty documents, as well as warranting his work. and left our property clean after completion. We are in the process of getting ready to sell our home and contacted Noah, to provide a brief report on the condition of our roof, which included a portion that was done in 2016 by a contractor who was no longer in the area. He came the next day, inspected the roofs & provided a brief report. I recommend anyone needing a roof, to contact them.

Just had our roof replaced by Ark and the entire process was painless. Noah and his team are easy to work with and enjoyed talking to them. They showed up on time every day and the price was affordable, plus they offer financing which made the decision even easier. It also gave us peace of mind knowing they are a GAF Master Elite Contractor, so our new roof came with a 50 year warranty. That kind of backing is hard to find these days. We have already referred Ark Roofing to 3 others and counting!

Our new GAF Solar Roof was installed by Ark Roofing a little over 8 months ago, and we could not be happier! Noah and their team were super to work with. The tear off crew removed our 60 year old cedar shake roof in about 4 hours and left the grounds completely clear of debris. Then the roofers repaired all the dry rot damaged eaves and laid the plywood sheeting like master carpenters. They installed the underlayment and every component of the Timberline Solar roof in the intense heat of July. Amazing work!

I liked the detailed explanation I was given following the extensive inspection of the roof they did before giving me an estimate. I also appreciated very much the fair resolution of a misunderstanding we had involving my expectations for the job. I think they did an excellent job replacing the roof, installing the gutter covers and cleaning up the area when they finished the job. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Ark Roofing provided a lower bid but was head and shoulders above the others in their presentation and written proposal. From the initial estimate to final walkthrough, they explained every step of the project and provided honest pros and cons of project add-ons and upgrade options (gutters, insulation, patio roof.) They even worked with me to reschedule the project, which was all wrapped up in under a week. If I have another re-roofing, I'm calling Ark Roofing.

Ark Roofing was the fifth roofer I consulted about replacing my 19-year-old flat roof. What impressed me most about them is that where other roofers saw problems, he saw solutions. My separate garage had an odd shaped metal roof that was starting to rust through. Other roofers wouldn't touch it. But Ark just treated the garage like the rest of the roof, and got it all done at once. His workers were professional (in summer heat), and cleaned up well. And his pricing was competitive. I can't ask for more than that.

We found Ark Roofing through our neighbor, and we had broken tiles throughout the roof. We believe that we also had a few areas of leaks. They came out and did an assessment of the roof and figure out what needed to be done upon site inspection. We had a team who came and took care of all the problem with in a week. Great foreman on site who answered all the questions we had. highly recommended. Really happy with the outcome easy and smooth process
