On May 11, 2025, Evan came by to give us an estimate on several roofing repairs. I explained what we needed to get done, and I went inside while he was looking over the house. A couple of minutes later, I happened to look outside to see him get in his car and drive away. I tried contacting him to find out what happened and received no response. I tried contacting Kirsten at the main office and also have received no response.

Ronnie worked with me thru the hurricane and several insurance adjusters. He stayed with me and personally supervised the roof replacement. Price was good and roof looks awesome.

Evan is the person to call if you ever need a new roof installed. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, including working with insurance companies, and makes sure you get the best possible outcome after a storm—whether that means repairs or a full replacement. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend him!

Ronnie was right there with me throughout the entire process, from initial inspection, working with my insurance company, through the install, to following up after the first rain. The roofing crew showed up as scheduled and took care to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I would definitely recommend ARC Roofing.

Evan and Chase went above and beyond with my questions while reviewing roof restoration (repair) vs replacement quotes. Appreciate their clarity and willingness to break down all of my pricing options. Can't recommend them enough.

Evan is the Homie. "THE OHIO STATE" affiliate, but outside of that, he kept to his word with pricing and quality, even after moving forward with new partnership. ARC ROOFING LLC is a company to do "Good Business" with.

I can't recommend these guys enough. The owner did my evaluation. He was thorough in his inspection and forthright in communicating the condition of our roof. He gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong with our roof and what would be done to fix it. Through out the whole process I could tell he took his job seriously and actually cared about helping my family. Keep up the good work Mr. Evan.
