The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Apex Tile Roofers. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

It's incredibly difficult to find a contractor who can properly match older Mediterranean roof tiles, but Apex Tile Roofers did a phenomenal job. They sourced the perfect replacement pieces for our home in Hallandale Beach. The repair blends in so seamlessly that you can't even tell where the storm damage originally occurred

Having an active water leak right before a high-paying guest check-in is an absolute nightmare for a vacation rental business. I noticed a ceiling stain and called Apex Tile Roofers at Hallandale Beach an emergency intervention. They rushed out to the property in Hallandale Beach, FL, tracked the issue to a cracked pipe boot, and executed a flawless structural repair hours before my guests arrived. They completely saved my 5-star hosting status!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Apex Tile Roofers. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
