Ann Aaron Contracting and Roofing exceeded all expectations, transforming what could have been a daunting experience into a seamless and remarkable journey. Initially hesitant due to the notorious reputation of roofing services, we found ourselves in a pressing situation, requiring a new roof in order to renew our homeowners insurance within a 30-day window. This urgency led us to Ann Aaron Roofing, recommended by our trusted Goosehead insurance agent, Molley Michel. From the first call to Ann Aaron, the professionalism and efficiency were palpable. The team, led by the adept project manager, Cale, who was available at any moment—even on a freezing Sunday morning in January—demonstrated unparalleled dedication. Stephanie, the owner, offered a personal touch with text updates, making us feel valued and informed throughout the process. Candace, the organizational backbone in the office, guided us through each necessary step with clarity and efficiency. Ann Aaron’s collaboration with our insurance adjuster appeared effortless, and the new roof was installed before any financial transactions, a testament to their trustworthy and client-first approach. Their handling of the entire process, from insurance claims to project completion, was flawless. Our experience with Ann Aaron Contracting and Roofing was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of work, coupled with the team's professionalism and responsiveness, sets them apart. The new roof not only enhances our home's beauty but also reassures us of its protection. I cannot recommend Ann Aaron Contracting and Roofing highly enough—a definitive 5-star experience that surely deserves more. For anyone in need of roofing services, look no further than Ann Aaron for a truly amazing experience.

They were fast and efficient! Customer service as top notch, they were there when they said they would be and finished before their estimated time. Cleaned up everything and I couldn’t find one nail anywhere (the last two companies I used left me with 3 flat tires)!!!! Great experience!!! I will definitely be using them for my next roof!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 🥇

Ann Aaron has done multiple jobs for us as far back as 2015 and will be starting a new roof project for us in July. We will never use another company for our roof or any other contracted home improvement projects. They are a delight to work with and we can always depend on them for quality work!
