  The quality of work was marginal. The sky lights were not synchronized properly per the Velux representative . The owner of One Oak was condescending and augmentative with myself, my husband and the contractor. He would not answer phone calls so we had to go to his office to talk to him. And in 2024 tracking supplies and delivery schedules seemed beyond his abilities.

  Beware of this company. They did a patio cover and spa house. The crew had to redo the cover on the patio because of a gap between the sheets. They also recovered a small spa house in which they damaged the structure. The patio cover leaks badly. We have reported the leaks 3 times over 60 days. They have failed to respond. Very poor quality work.

  I can sum up One Oak Exteriors (OOE) in one word; Professional. I worked with multiple roof contractors and OOE was not the primary company at first. Despite this, they remained cordial and professional. Once I moved on from my primary contractor, I recalled my interaction with Michael Ruble and began the process with OOE. They did not have to “sell” me on their products. Their legitimate concern helping me get the best roof is what “sold” me. They were able to not only install a new roof, but affordably installed a Class 4 roof and gutters. Michael was communicative and available the entire process. He was able to walk me through pricing, material selection, and installation expectations. His response time was immediate. I had an issue with a bee hive and he was quick to identify someone that took care of it in order to proceed with my roof installation. From beginning to end, their service was top notch. If you want a company that will listen, keep you involved, and are professional, call OOE. You will not regret it.

  Michael and his team are great. They were able to work through the multiple insurance obstacles and secure the path to my new roof. Fast and efficient service, the roof was fully replaced in one day. Cannot recommend them enough!

  Our insurance company found every excuse to deny covering the cost of our roof replacement - for years- even though every house in our neighborhood had their roofs replaced years ago. Derrick with One Oak Exteriors figured out how to beat the insurance company at their own game and the roof was approved for replacement. Once the job started, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the job site was left clean. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything was done right. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We highly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality service.

  From start to finish I have been pleased with One Oak. My skylights needed a lot of repair. They did all three professionally and kept me informed. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. Aaron was very helpful.

  Our project manager Derrick was fantastic. He informative and helpful, guiding us through the insurance labyrinth to completion. The work crew did a great job. They completed our roof quickly, and the cleanup was so good you would never know they were ever there… apart from our beautiful new roof. Thank you!

  Thank you OneOak for a beautiful class 4 roof and the service before, during, and after the job. Brandon and Jeremy were on site when needed. Dalton kept everything in line as well as doing some touch up painting for us. From office to field we were very satisfied with this company.
