  Seth, Came out to inspect an issue. After inspecting he said the issue isn’t with the roof, but with the brick wall around the balcony. He advise me to get an Masonary and fill and seal the bricks. Did try to sell be but just honest answers. He didn’t make a penny but appreciate his time.

  Long story short, DT roofing was the 4th roofing contractor I had out to look at my standing seem metal roof leak. Chase came out and assessed the issues and came up with a repair plan. Communication was always top notch, price point was good and follow up after the repair was great! Just call DT Roofing and don't waste time with "Chuck in a truck". I highly recommend.

  Seth Wells gave me an estimate on sealing some shingles on my roof… just did repairs and I was very pleased…. He informed of the work he had done and inspected all the rest of the roof… I feel very confident in his work and will call Seth with future roof problems!

  We had 2 houses with damaged roofs. DT Roofing did a great job working with our insurance company to get the roofs replaced. They made sure that my insurance paid to do the job right. Specifically, we worked with Chase Knetsch. He helped us through all the requirements of our insurance and was very responsive and understanding as we picked out shingle types and colors. We would definitely choose DT Roofing again for any roofing needs, and I will insist on working with Chase.

  This was our first time to replace a roof with DT Roofing and Chase Knetsch. First, it is never a fun thing to get a new roof. But I have to say, Chase made it as painless as possible. There is a book that Carl Sewell (of Sewell auto dealerships) wrote called "Customers for Life". Chase embodies the philosophy of that mindset. He is prompt, timely responds, and treats all your concerns like you are the only customer he has. He also helped so much with our insurance company and is very knowledgeable about his industry/trade. I can't think of anything negative to say about his service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone, and would 100% use him again if needed. He is extremely respectful - everything is always yes/no ma'am/sir. He is just a good person overall and very knowledgeable.
