  Hello, we have looked into the mini cooper. Yes at one time it did belong to one of our representatives however, he sold it a few years ago. As far as a truck on Colonel Court, we do have a representative that lives on that street. As far as his parking in the street I am sorry that you feel it is inconsiderate, but he is not doing anything wrong. I understand your frustration, but this is not a reflection on our business practices. You have not reached out to the office directly or inquired if the person who owns the mini cooper did in fact work for us. Negative reviews do hurt the hard working people at our company, I am sorry that you are upset.

  Replaced my roof with a “25 Year “ roof, 12 years ago. Leaks like a sieve. Called for repair, when I didn’t fall for another replacement, won’t return calls for repairs. My mistake was using them in the first place.

  Very unsatisfied with their service. A roof put on by them had multiple leaks and the response was to keep sending someone with a caulk gun. The interior damage keeps getting worse and now the 5 year warranty in about to expire. The owner doesn't answer his phone and is very rude when he does. I would never recommend them to anyone.

  Andrew Halvorsen came out to my house and was truthful and honest about what needed to be done to fix the issue. He explained to me the process to proceed and was there every step of the way. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the job, the cost, and how quickly everything was complete. Will use him again for any future needs.

  Ameristar was outstanding from start to finish. They’ve been around for a long time, have an excellent reputation, and I have every confidence they’ll be around for many years to come. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He handled the entire insurance process directly with our insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. His experience and expertise were obvious throughout the project, and he even went above and beyond by taking care of little extras, like painting the flashing to match the roof. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were respectful, professional, and very considerate of our property. Before starting, they asked if it was okay to block the driveway. They spent a lot of time moving, covering, and protecting everything around the house, even covering our pool with a large tarp to keep debris out. When the job was finished, they did an excellent job cleaning up and even put all of our flower pots and outdoor decorations back where they belonged. The new roof looks fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Call and ask for Andrew, I fully intend to use them again on our next home.

  They replaced our roof a few years ago. There was an issue, but they were quick to fix it. Whenever we need roof work, we still contact them and they are always friendly and responsive. Recommended.

  Jody was absolutely amazing and extremely professional throughout the entire process. My roof was completed in just one day, and the crew made sure all debris was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. The price was very affordable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend Ameristar for all your roofing needs!

  We are very satisfied with the services they provided. Jody Ortega was amazing! He was knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. He worked with our budget without compromising quality. We replaced the roof on 3 houses at the same time. It was a stress free process. His crew were respectful, efficient and cleaned the area well.
