They were supposed to come out to do minor repairs on our roof, never showed up, apologized and then promised again to come out, never showed up, then stopped returning my phone calls. I get that a repair job wasn’t a high priority but I would have preferred to have been told that so I didn’t waste 6 weeks waiting for them. Had another roofing company complete the repair within a week.

Did a great job helping us through the grant process and installation of a Fortified Roof. Roof looks great and the yard was clean afterwards.

This company put a new Fortified Roof on our Beach Home on the OBX. They did a super job in all respects. Communication, showing up when they said, completed all paperwork very timely, but most of all the crew in the field was very knowledgeable of what to do and cleaned up very well. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a shingle roof installed.

Excellent company to work with. Very patient in answering all questions and follow-ups. Roof looks great and no issues with clean up. I could not ask for a better company to work with and will definitely use them again when I need work done.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner/president of this company, John Marshall, and his wife and friends who were visiting at the hotel I work for (The Kelebek Group in Cappadocia, Goreme, Turkiye). We had good time to visit between ourselves and what a wonderful and upstanding young man John is. Wow...head on his shoulders...ethical...fair...I can't help but think that these characteristics I saw in him can't help but translate into the services he provides through his company. My pleasure to have made his (their) acquaintance and look forward to hearing about his continued success! Inspiring man!

The AVC team replaced our very complicated roof in only 3 days. Service and quality was amazing. They even helped me interface with our insurance company. There is no doubt that we were reimbursed significantly more from the insurance company because of their assistance. You will not regret doing business with AVC.
