  I'm sorry for this inconvenience. We did what was in the contract and didn't charge any extra. Later, when you wanted the new lights, we checked what you wanted and said how they won't work. You ordered new ones and wanted us to come as soon as possible, but we weren't available and we apologize.

  Sorry sir, we couldn't do the job because your budget was too low. When we gave you your estimate we agreed on a price, and I said I would be back the next day. Later that day you wanted to add a service for the same price. We declined this and you said you had other contractors to do it for cheaper. I apologize for this and thank you for your feedback.

  I'm so sorry to hear that happened but we found out that this was because of the very bad storm that occurred this weekend. We only give warranties for leaks but in this case it is not a leak. The storm was unexpected and I'm very sorry this happened and very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

  American Team replaced my roof. They did a great job. No leaks after the recent rain storm! Also, when the job was done they did a fabulous clean up job. I will call them again for my next project.

  I bought my house in 2010 in Lynn MA, and decided to renovate our stone patio in the back of my house, it was too old. We found American Team contracting online, we called them, they gave us a good price and we decided to hire them. They did a very good job, it looks very beautiful, we are very happy, we recommend 100%, thank you Luis

  I recently had the pleasure of working with American Team Contracting, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. They built a stunning deck for my backyard, stained my fence to perfection, and power washed both my fence and driveway. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Luis and the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. The deck is not only beautiful but also incredibly sturdy and well-constructed. The stained fence looks brand new, with a rich, even color that enhances the overall look of my yard. The power washing of the fence and driveway was equally impressive. Years of dirt and grime vanished, leaving both surfaces looking fresh and clean. I highly recommend American Team Contracting for any home improvement projects. Their craftsmanship, dedication, and excellent customer service set them apart. My outdoor space has never looked better, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

  I highly recommend. Luis and team did a great job! They fit me into their busy schedule and arrived in a very timely way. Their work to clear my driveway and walkway was thorough. They even brushed off about 8 inches of snow from the car we left on the driveway. The customer service line was also excellent. I received a call back even though I made a last minute request, and, as promised, I received a call informing me that they were on their way to my house. Thank you for the excellent service!
