  We were given an estimate for damage and an estimate for replacement, and then this company asked about insurance money. They had us send what insurance paid out after they gave us the estimate. They ensured us they could replace the roof and get the insurance company to pay out for replacement; and we would not pay more than the original estimate! So instead of just repairing the damage, we agreed to full replacement. We took out a personal loan to pay in full. The insurance company did decide to pay out additional money, but not enough to cover the entire cost. But instead of letting us put that money towards our loan, this company demanded half of our insurance money or they wouldn't send us the warranty for the roof. Ironic that the company calls itself "always be fair". Buyer beware!!

  We are "Always Fair". Our signed contract said any additional funds we were able to secure from insurance would be split 50/50. We did not say we would get the whole roof covered. We clearly explained items that were missed on the insurance estimate you shared with us. We were told initially that you were doing the entire roof regardless of insurance coverage and to give you a price for the entire roof. That is what we did. We also said we would accept that as payment in full if we were unsuccessful in getting the insurance company to pay appropriately. We were able to get the carrier to pay for additional things we had to do on the roof. Things like step flashing, chimney flashing and a permit. Per our contract, you were to give us 50% of the additional funds. When we sent the request you declined and wanted your warranty. Again, the warranty is a cost to us and only delivered after we have been paid in full. "Always Be Fair" requires both parties to be fair and reasonable. We appreciate your business but expect you to fairly honor the contract. Buyer beware? Realky??? We did everything we said and more. You said you wanted a price for the full roof and you said insurance was done paying. We simply got insurance to give you an additional $1000+ for items we provided and asked for 50% of those funds.   This company contacted me because I need it roof repair the conversation started off where he was very aggressive I told him multiple times I did not want to do business with him he would not stop messaging me on Facebook he would not leave me alone the guys desperate for business and I would be aware and stay away. After the above review he has now had another friend of his contact me trying to get me to hire him. Also his clip of our communication is not the full19 minutes and he agreed in his response I said stop . End of story he didn't stop!

  Michael, I simply engaged you in a conversation on messenger. I explained my company policy and tried to share how the complex insurance industry and home repairs works. I have decades of experience and have handled $25-30 million in claims the last decade. To post a negative review after a 19 minute messenger conversation is really not fair. I simply explained why I don't do estimates on jobs where insurance is involved. You abruptly say you will call the police on me if I don't stop. I finished a message, hit send then gave you a "thumbs up" on no further contact. Here is my last post - I include free upgrades and an extended warranty at no extra cost. It is just my business model and I am very knowledgable in insurance and claims. I have 30 yrs experience in the industry and have handled $25-30 million in claims in the last 7-10 years Hardly aggresive or threatening. Certainly not worth a negative review since I provided you no services.

Posting a negative review to a company that has never done work for you based on a previous unrelated issue is unfair to people who are trying to assess who can help them.   An amazing company and owner. Very knowledgeable. He worked with our insurance company and got us a new roof. Brian is fair and his crew does a great job. Highly recommend this company.

  Brian is a great guy and very thorough about getting the job done right! If yours is an insurance claim, he's very knowledgeable about getting the most paid on the claim. His pricing is very fair and the crews are very diligent workers!

  Thank you Karen!!! You and your mom trusted me when I explained your insurance company did not properly cover the repairs. Together we were aporopriately able to increase the claim payout from $1300 to over $12k. Knowing the policy, code and repair procedures is the key. "An insurance company will NEVER pay a dime they do not owe and will RARELY advise the appropriate steps to get ALL repairs covered correctly". Thanks for trusting me.   They walked us through repairs and did an excellent job after a tree fell on our house. They were also patient as we fought the insurance company for over a year. Periodic check ins to make sure we were ok and any updates. Never felt pressured more cared for through this very stressful experience. Whole heartedly recommend them.

  Brian was very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me with the insurance claims for the roofing portion of the work. Project included roofing, siding and windows. He was on-time, on budget and the workmanship was excellent! Know that he is looking out for you! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

  Thanks Drew. Like I said from our first meeting, if you trust me and work with me on your insurance claim, I will make sure the policy and carrier pay appropriately. Together we moved your claim from roughly $10k to over $45k!!!! An insurance company will NEVER pay anything they don't owe. Educating them on the appropriate repairs and cost is the job of ABF Roofing & Restoration, not the insurance company. We got things covered appropriately together.
