Altitude Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Altitude Roofing.

EDITED: They expect 5 stars. Whether or not we’re in a litigation with the builder has nothing to do with the service you provided, or the lack of it. At no time we were disrespectful to your staff. We have calls and videos to prove. We also have numerous unanswered emails & voice messages. You offered one price and then changed it; you sent an estimator for gutters to our property without any notification, you offered to bring roof samples but you didn’t. Your customer service is terrible! The inspection was done by another company; nothing to do with you! You gave price before inspection. You are correct, we didn’t rate your services because you didn’t do anything. You never even measured the roof accurately. When someone is looking for a reputable company to complete the work, communication and customer service prior to any work taking place speaks volume, and your staff lack it… and then receive a call saying we could NOW only do your roof in 2027. July 28, 2026: We would not recommend this company. We found the company was very pushy on sales and general promotional communication (emails) but lacking basic customer service qualities. Owners of the company would not call you back. Mat Papp claimed to be one of the owners. Anyone who does “desktop or aerial imaging” quotes should not be in the business, period. At the beginning, they were very quick to respond. Mat did a desktop estimate and called us back. Mat provided a price of around $25K to redo our metal roof. We confirmed we wanted to go with NorthEast Metal black textured and not Community Metals they typically use, which was not a problem for them. Mat advised that price would include all removals, strapping, waterproofing, all fasteners, hardware (boot, snow guards), vents, gutters and downspouts as they allocated $10/l.fr for them. We asked for a site visit and Mat came to take a look. He promised quality work and confirmed pricing. We asked for a write quote. Then Mat disappeared but con

We appreciate you taking the time to review. Important to note you asked us to inspect a brand new roof that you are currently in litigation with another roofing company over. We inspected and gave you a quote - you demanded a discount, and spoke disrespectfully to our staff several times. We had zero intentions of ever calling you back sir - and I would recommend anyone who sees this review to avoid this litigious homeowner. Important to note as well you are rating conversations, and not our services. Edited: We received your edited review. Folks, I invite you to look at this fellers other reviews - he loves to trash local businesses. You could give this guy a golden brick and he would complain it was to heavy.

We recently had our deck replaced by Altitude Roofing and were extremely happy with the entire experience. The crew was professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They paid attention to detail, kept the work area clean, and completed the project in a timely manner. The new deck looks amazing and the quality of workmanship really shows.

Great pricing, service, and roof quality. The team were here and gone within 4 days. We had concerns about nails and shingles getting in our pool. Before they started work they covered the pool. After the job was done they went around the house with a metal detecter to find all nails that dropped. They even inspected our neighbors driveway for nails. We were very happy with the quality of the service. I would highly recommend Altitude Roofing.

Thanks James! Your house was of our favourite projects of 2025. We will be back toward the Fall of this year to ensure it's looking top notch and those gutters are cleaned!

Thank you for your timely hard work! We had an issue we kept putting off for such a long time and would just use patchwork ways to try to fix it. We got a quote from altitude, committed to it and had the job done so quick it made us embarrassed for not doing this sooner😂 thank you guys again! …

We really appreciate these kind words. I would say reach out when you need your next roof.....but that roof will out live us all.

Your roof might be trying to tell you something. Missing or curling shingles, water stains on your ceiling, granules piling up in your gutters — these aren't small cosmetic issues. They're early warning signs that, left unchecked, can turn into serious (and expensive) damage. Noticed any of these at your place? Don't wait for it to get worse.
