  Called for a quote as they were in the area. Came right out, gave quote which I accepted. Over 5 months and multiple calls, same response " sorry, we must have missed you, will be out within 2 weeks". Still nothing, contacted Quality Eavestrough, they quoted, and installed 2 weeks later, as promised.

  I wanted to give this company a chance even though I read some reviews about them not keeping appointments and not showing up on time. I asked for a quote to install eavestrough on my home back in September. The gentleman who did the quote was on time, professional, and very friendly, so I was feeling confident. I then called the company to let them know I was happy with the price and asked to make an appointment to have it done. They were again very friendly, and understandably, said they couldn't give me a concrete date due to rain delays and things like that, but they said it would be about two weeks. Three weeks later I sent an email asking if there was any update on a day/time, to which they responded that they would be by on Wednesday. Wednesday has now come and gone with no further reply to my inquiries and no notification that they wouldn't be here. I am very surprised, but there are plenty of other competitors in this industry. I will regretfully not be a customer of Simply Seamless in the future.

  I had called five businesses to get a quote on work . They were the only ones that got in touch with me. They came and done the work. They are very hard workers. We are very satisfied with the jobs they done. Will be notifying them when we need work done. You will not find an honest business like these guys.

  USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! They don’t show up on schedule. They don’t call to advise they can’t keep appointments. They don’t service their work. Their work is sub-par and gutters leak. They did not show up in the date scheduled. I took a day off work to facilitate the install. They did not call to advise they would not be showing up. They arrived over a week later. Their excuse was their truck broke down. The gutters leak. I have been after the company to make the necessary repairs for over a month and a half. They will not answer my calls or return emails/voicemails. They answered the phone once and said they were busy and that they would be by next week (3 weeks ago).

  Waited several weeks for an appointment. Finally got one and company never showed up and didn't call. I took time away from work to stay home. If you can't keep an appointment, at least call your clients ahead of time to cancel to avoid wasting their time.

  Great service, they came to my house and fixed an issue that another company caused when doing the roofing. Even though the problem was not their fault, they found the issue and fixed it in less than 10 minutes...and at no charge. I recommend Simply Seamless to all my friends.

  I had an exceptional experience with them. They were there around 10 minutes late in the morning which is very usual with Fredericton Traffic and school buses in the morning. I asked them to fix the gutters and had to leave them alone to arrive at work on time. When came back the work they did was much more than what we agreed on. Based on my experience i Wouk highly recommend them.
