  i am looking for roofing companies for second opinion regarding my roof that has been damage on april 2025. my father in law referring allegiant exteriors. i texted him but no response so i called him and he stated he will come on saturday on may 31,2025 he came and inspected my roof. i texted him on jun 6, 2025 and he stated he has already send it all documentation to my home insurance on jun 5 ,2025 and i asked him if he can send it the copy of the documentation that he send it to my home insurance but he never did it. i called my claim adjuster and she stated she never received any documentation and my claim adjuster keep email him but no response from him. called him got voicemail. disappointed. i feel like he ghosted and lie to me.

  He had me drive 2.5 hours to try and sell me $8,000 in fake gold. Is this who you wanna do business with? Is this better? 11945 mean anything to you Neil?

  This person has nothing to do with our business or has never been a client of our company. 1) The police have been notified of these allegations and are currently opening a criminal investigation on this individual for possible criminal prosecution. 2) Google has been notified of this incident to have this comment investigated and removed. 3) Civil action has been initiated at this time against this individual for slandering our company image and the integrity of the company’s employees on a public forum with video recorded evidence of false allegations, threats against our company’s employees, attempts to create a false impression of our company and employees, as well as cause a loss in revenue for the business. We hope this individual will do the right thing in this situation considering the severity of these allegations against the company on a public forum…

  Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback on feedback! Firstly, I’d like to thank you for the positive remarks, we did fight hard for that property for about a year to get the payout you were entitled a to, and I never charged a dime for that service even though we spent countless hours fighting on your behalf. But we gladly did that for you to help you with your claim since you were in a bind. As for siding, you stated that we were not able to get siding as quickly as we anticipated. 12-14 weeks is sadly just the average time it’s taking to get most special ordered siding. Very few colors we get lucky and have stocked and ready for shipment at time of order, and we continue to work on getting better about the supply chain issues there. Other than that, we feel the project turned out very successful as far as the agreed upon scope of work goes. The painting was a free, outside of scope service that we offered to you and still intended to complete until we were told you no longer wanted it upon telling you we were ready to being and said we could move forward on it given the perfect weather we have had this week and next. That offer still stands if you would like it. We apologize for the delay on that trade, but we have only 1 painter and 30 other employees that specialize in roofing, siding and gutters, so it took more time to get to it, and for that I can express my deepest apologies and offer to still complete the painting on the home, but I can only move as fast as my staff can allow me to, and the more we grow - I as the owner - am doing my best to keep up with the demand for our services. I hope this can help alleviate some Frustrations and possibly help you reconsider a 3-star rating given that you expressed that you are very happy with the actual work that we performed on the home as well as the extensive experience both my team and myself brought to the table to get this $40k project paid for with ZERO dollars from your own pocket.

  Neil at ClearCoat Roofing was fantastic! He came out met with the insurance adjustor on site and worked with the insurance company, providing anything they needed or requested. Even scheduled the repairs for what best worked with my schedule!! The crew was quick, clean, and professional. Definitely recommend!

  Signed up for the roof service plan, they sent someone out within a day, pointed out all the potential risks of my roof that is about 8 years old. I was not in a position to buy a totally new roof so they went over the alternative options …

  My roof was 30 yrs old! Didn't have any problems till this summer. Neil was very nice to work with and he worked out a payment plan I could afford. The roofers were great. They worked nonstop, cleaned up all the old shingles, etc. Cleaned up all around the house and deck.No problems! Highly recommend!

  We had wind damage this year and a bunch of shingles on the peak of our roof which blew off. I called in the morning and they were out by mid-morning. We decided to replace them and not put the same ones back on.

  Hired this company to do some cedar wood siding repair a couple months ago. I chose them due to all the good reviews on here. Unfortunately the owner sent his 'B' team to do the job; perhaps because it was a fairly small job. I had to ask for a few spots to be redone a couple of times, and monitor the clean up lots due to trash and a few nails being left on the ground. Plus, communication was a little challenging due to non english speakers not clearly understanding. So had to reach out to the owner several times to clarify. As much time as I spent 'monitoring' their work, it turned into a 'job' for me as well. On the positive side, the owner is responsive to correcting issues and he did personally come out to finish the clean up. Also the siding repair does appear to be done properly at this time.

  I called ClearCoat from their ad in the monthly Reach Flyer. Neil was notified, responded, and came to the property the same day. He did a full roof, and siding inspection on my house, and detached garage. He told me all the issues, and had me reach out to my insurance adjuster. He came out the same time the adjuster was here to help answer any questions. It ended up being a pretty extensive insurance claim that involved total roof, siding, and gutter replacement. The roof was an old wood shake, asbestos tile roof where all new OSB sheathing had to be installed. Neil had met me before the removal began , and explained the whole process. He responded by phone, and text quickly, and let me know when his crews would be arriving. The roofing, siding, gutter, and paint crews all done quality work, and cleaned up the work areas everyday. The outcome of all of their hard work is amazing, and brought a whole new life to this 1902 farmhouse. I rate Neil, and ClearCoat roofing as a 5 star company, would recommend , and use them again. Thanks Neil, and ClearCoat!!

  ClearCoat Roofing definitely is the way to go if you are looking for a free estimate and any repairs or upgrades to your home: new roof, gutters, windows, or damage repairs! I suggest calling Neil for good quality and professional service/repairs like I did! Neil got me all together also made it fast and easy to handle all my repairs. I am very happy with the way ClearCoat Roofing came out to my home and took care and met all of my needs. Very Satisfied with the outcome and new look on my house!

  ClearCoat Roofing was a great company to go with. They were very responsive and got the estimate to me within 24 hours (if you have tried to get roofing estimates you will learn this is amazing). They had the shingles dropped off very professionally and were in and out in one day! Thanks so much! We will recommend you to everyone!
