Alberta Permanent roofing did our metal roof in 2022. It looks great from the street view and we love it. The only issue was there was a leak in one of the roof vents afterwards and I called (within 3 months) to ask if they can come and fix it and they told me to "wait and see if it stops" after some time I called again and they gave a similar solution. It's now been nearly 3 years and it's still leaking. I would expect with a $20k roof they would warranty thier install for at least a year or two, but maybe the strategy was to "wait" until the warranty ended. Disappointing customer service, but a good looking end product.

Does not follow up in a timely manner - avoids phone calls and emails regarding problems that need fixing. VERY unprofessional manner. Avoid at all costs!
