  If you look at all the positive reviews regarding this company, these are jobs recently done. Here is how they treat their customers from 14 years ago. As you can see on the photo, their product could not withstand the wind only in one specific horizontal line, multiple areas. VERY UNUSUAL. It is not the number one area where wind hits (that would have been the edges and they are completely intact), not the “Zippering” effect (that would have been a solid line of shingles flying off). My detached garage roof with 30 year old shingles did not lose one shingle. Fraser shingling and exteriors definitely not the worst out there (Or else the roof would have been deteriorating years ago), but also not the best the way they treat their old customers. When my shingles suddenly flew away in this strange pattern, I was calling them for help since morning. Lines were busy, so I emailed thru the website and no one contacted me back til I was already in bed and by then the defects were professionally repaired by a wonderful company that did it within minutes of the assessment as it is a relative emergency and they were willing to give us a discount knowing times are tough and myself working part time due to health and husband on disability pension could not afford a full cost of the repairs out of pocket. When the original roofing company finally communicated with me, they were nothing but passive aggressive (“I would caution you against saying this and that” is not a proper way to treat a customer, Caleb!), defensive (“here is the warranty, it is no longer covered”), speaking poorly of others’ workers repair quotes and shingle matching (while ironically criticizing others for “badmouthing” their job!). They did offer to come with an inspection when I clearly had doubts with their installation technique that caused a certain pattern of detachment confined solely to a second common vulnerable roof area, but after being exposed to this type of communication, last thing I need is t

  Though they kept our site clean, the end result is worse that what we had before. Our house with the new insulation is colder than before and we hear everything our neighbours said. Add, that they goofed on some window sill detailing so the water drains behind the siding, we spent lots of money and ended up worse off. 1 1/2 years later and we are freezing.

  Got John and the crew out to replace our aging garage roof. They did a great job - great install and they went above and beyond to make sure the details looked great. Highly recommended

  I have used these guys for years and years in business so when it came time to have my own house done they were my go to. They replaced problematic eavestrough in a crisis and redid both house and garage roofs. John and Shane are exceptional as are the crews that did the work. Absolutely exceptional. Simply the best!!!

  I called to get an estimate to cover up the excess parging down the sides of my house the builder left. It was very last minute but Shane was incredibly helpful. Not only did he arm me with any information he could over the phone, he also made the time to stop by and take a look himself. It’s clear they care to do a good job, and he gave me multiple options. I will certainly be calling them back for their services soon :)

  Recently had this firm replace my shingles. The project manager John was very informative, professional and attentive at all times.   I had an amazing experience with Fraser Shingling & Exteriors! Had some repair work that I needed to get done quite urgently before the rain started this summer on my roof. They came out the next day and fixed my shingles before the rain had started. Pricing was excellent and the quality of their work is fantastic. John was great to deal with and responded Immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be recommending Fraser to all my family and friends!

  I had a piece of soffit come loose and came to the ground, of course it was on the highest point of my house. I made the call to Fraser and they sent a gentleman over and did the necessary repairs for me. Very professional and polite at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company for any of your exterior needs!!!

  I recently had new shingles installed by Fraser Shingling and Exteriors. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish on the project was so totally pleasant and professional to deal with. Not only was their pricing competitive, their customer service and quality of work was excellent. I can see why they’re known as one of the best shingling companies in the area. They came highly recommended to me and based on my personal experience, I highly recommend them.

  I emailed an inquiry late in the evening and they called first thing in the morning. They came out that same day to take a look at my attic. The worker was very polite and was quick to get up on the ladder once we told him what was going on. The price was very fair I thought for what they did. Would definitely use them again.
