Employee Jonathan Beaverbones verbally attacked me with physical harm over how many nails go into a shingle for warranty. Owen's Corning clearly states any steep slopes or areas with high wind need 5-6 nails. Jonathan stated he refuses to use more than 4. Check your shingles people. Not a nice guy. I wouldn't want this worker or people who work for a company who cant follow warranty instructions near my house or my community. Complete hot head on a post that wasn't even his.

We were referred to Lanco, he responded quickly & offered to come the following day to give a quote. He shared that he can come that week to complete the job, it would only be half the day if that. He arrived within the time range he had quoted at the estimate, with everything needed. He was texting my husband photos all throughout the morning. They arrived just before 9, and was finished and cleaned up by 11:45. Everything was cleaned up nicely, and you would’ve never known they were even there. I appreciate the quality craftsmanship his team delivered. Will recommend!

Seen Joel in the alley while he was doing a roof near by and asked for a card, he was extremely knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and gave a quote with options the next day. We had some questions which he did not mind answering and once we decided to go ahead with the project he communicated very effectively and gave dates times ect. They finished our roof within 2 days replacing the vents (not sure what they're called) up top the roof and replaced plywood that had gone rotten due to water damage on the garage and put a proper downspout to prevent that from occurring in the future. Clean up was unreal cannot tell that anyone was even here. Honestly he did our roof as if it was his own. Excellent workmanship ship from the entire crew and we got pictures all along the way! Highly recommend this company.

Contacted Joel for a quote for getting my roof done. Found him very friendly , very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer any question that we had . Never in a rush to get to the next place. Joel and his crew showed up and made sure everything was covered to protect anything around the house. His workmanship was excellent with pictures of work and defects as he worked on roof. Hint that shows he likes to show his work without any short cuts. The pictures were great to see the condition of your roof. Joel and his crew only took two days to complete the job. With that the clean up was excellent which we could not even tell he was there. Our roof looks great and can tell it was done by professionals. Thanks Joel and your crew for the excellent job. To others that read this and need there roof done ,I would recommend them as a very top notch company. Thanks Again

Right from my initial phone call Joel was awesome to work with. He gave me an estimate the same morning I called and he gave me all my options for replacing my roofing with no up sell. Very reasonable quote compared to others I have heard. The work was exceptionally done with his considerations of the rainy weather and spotless cleanup of work site.

We just had them come do our roof after hearing recommendations from neighbors & seeing all the positive reviews. They were great! Would absolutely recommend them. Friendly, finished the job in 2 days instead of 3, many updates/pictures/videos sent to us during the process.

Great roofing company! Got the job done well in one day and at great price. Joel and Jay were super professional and left no mess behind. Will 100% have Lanco Roofing back when I need more exterior house work done.
