I called them out to look at a roof leak and they asked me what i think should be done! Very unprofessional!

Hello Todd, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We strongly value customer service and make every attempt to makes sure our customers are completely satisfied. Could you please provide us with a little more clarity on the issue at hand? We have tried multiple times to reach out to get more information but have not been able to get in touch with you. It is our understanding that we offered a solution on how to fix your friend’s building that holds ponding water. Due to the current structural state of the building, I do not believe a reputable commercial roofer would willingly replace the roof, so I told you I was getting pricing for a fully tapered insulation system to prevent any future issues. I also suggested what the approximate cost would be. Again, thank you for your time. We do hope to resolve this issue as quickly as possible for you. Please contact me directly at 478-972-4319. Sincerely Alan Frank.

Alan Frank Roofing has been a loyal vendor for many years…. they are honest, provide quality work and always work urgently when we have a need. We have used them for 10+ years and they are our exclusive roofing contractor for our 20 Chili's restaurants in our Southeast region. Highly recommend!

I have used them three times over 15 years. The most honest straight-shooters in the business. They don’t take short cuts and do the job right, like our fathers taught us. A handshake means something to Alan and William Frank. Reasonable, kind people who do the right thing, and if there’s a problem down the road, they will return again and again until it is solved. Completely trustworthy and reliable people.

They have worked on a roof job for me about a year ago and I am using them again for a different building. They do a great job. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best experience we have had with a roofer. We spoke to a few different people first, but after speaking with Mr. Frank once we knew he was an honest man with a good work ethic. His crew was polite, on time, and cleaned up our porches and lawn so you never knew we had any work done there. And the roof is gorgeous.
