UPDATE: after my husband talked to the owner, my review still stands. Excuses were made and we are stuck footing the bill to re-do our shower. If you are thinking of using this company, DON’T. They remodeled our shower a few years ago. We called them because we noticed moisture issues in our shower, a sprout was growing up from our grout. They said it was past our one year warranty so they wouldn’t help us. Now through our own demo process, we have come to find that they used drywall instead of cement board and the moisture barrier was installed behind it so that obviously didn’t work since all the walls behind the tile are rotted. Our bench was just plywood with the tiles glued to it, and I will gladly provide pictures and video for proof. We now have to demo our entire shower they did because they did not do it correctly, IN THE LEAST. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and possibly more if needed.

Hello, I have looked through our files and I do not see your file/job. I do not recall any phone conversations regarding this issue being that I am the only person that works in the office. I would be happy to talk with you to figure out what is going on. Please call me 770-606-0194. I'm here Monday thru Friday from 8am-4pm

Not affordable after all, it was very overpriced compared to other quotes. They quoted us $2800 for a 9 x 30 ft concrete slab. The next guy quoted us $850.

We apologize you feel this way. We did discuss with your husband that we are not concrete contractors however, he wanted a quote anyway. Our quote covers all labor, materials, insurance, and clean up. Insurance alone is 20% of our quote. Please make sure the other company has insurance and will permit the job. We are a General Contractor therefore, we permit all jobs and provide insurance coverage for all jobs. Good luck with your project!

We are so pleased with our recent deck project that Affordable did for us. Their large crew came out and tore down our existing deck, completed all clean up, and reconstructed a new deck in 2 1/2 days! They were professional and did very strong work. We were impressed with how efficiently they performed each stage, like a well oiled machine. Colton was present and judicious each day, paying attention to every detail. He even guided us on ways to keep down costs without sacrificing quality. We appreciated his honesty and felt like our deck was a much more substantial, solid deck than the one we had before. When the time was right, they came back and completed it with super deck coverage and other final details. It is beautiful and safe, and we will enjoy it for years to come. We trust this company and recommend them to anyone who needs any type of work done on their home.

We used affordable remodeling and roofing to replace carpet in a home we recently purchased. Their follow through is fantastic and the quality of product was just what we were looking for. We are very pleased with the finished product and will definitely use Affordable for other projects in the future.

Affordable Remodeling just renovated my family’s lake home, including quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash, a custom built island, replaced six sliding glass doors and seven windows, updated one bathroom’s walls, shower and lighting and gutted another bathroom, replacing it with new tile and a beautiful vanity and shower. Not only were Lucy and David great to work with and provided great design suggestions, all of the workers were a pleasure to work with and are true artists at their craft. Ricky Ford has put together a team that exceeded all of my expectations. They quickly gained my complete trust and made a process that I was dreading turn into something that I actually enjoyed!

We contacted Affordable Remodeling after a tree fell on our house. In the chaos, Affordable Remodeling, came in quickly with a quote and a work crew to put back together our almost 30 year old house. Colton Ford is professional, honest and stands behind his work. The work crew shows up and are polite and helpful. Any questions we had along the way, they were answered. Our house is repaired and there is no evidence that there was ever any issue. We not only recommend Affordable Remodeling, we are very likely to use them in the future.

Affordable Remodeling and Roofing did an outstanding job building my new deck! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The craftsmanship is top-notch — the boards are perfectly aligned, the railings are sturdy, and the lattice work adds a beautiful finishing touch. They completed the project on time and kept me updated throughout the process, making the whole experience stress-free. The quality of the materials and workmanship is evident, and the deck has completely transformed my backyard space. I would highly recommend Affordable Remodeling and Roofing to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Thank you Colton & Affordable Remodeling for taking care of my office space. Their team took down a few walls for me, repainted every office, & installed new flooring. The space was needing an update and I couldn’t be happier w the final results.

A few weeks back in cartersville, I found myself in an ordinary day that quickly turned extraordinary. I was driving along, enjoying the sunny afternoon, when suddenly, without warning, my car began to sputter and smoke. Panic surged through me as I realized something was terribly wrong. Moments later, flames erupted from under the hood, and I was trapped inside, heart racing and fear gripping my chest. I could hear voices outside, a crowd gathering, but my focus was solely on escaping the growing inferno. I struggled with the door, but it wouldn’t budge. The heat intensified, and I felt a wave of despair wash over me. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I heard a commanding voice cutting through the chaos. “Stay calm! I’m coming to help you!” The voice was steady and reassuring, igniting a flicker of hope within me. I turned my head and saw a figure rushing towards me, determination etched on his face. He quickly assessed the situation, and I could see the wheels turning in his mind as he sprinted away, promising to return. Moments later, he was back, wielding a fire extinguisher. My heart raced as he sprayed it at the flames, creating a small path to my door. “Hang on! I’ll get you out!” he shouted. I could see the fear in the eyes of the crowd, but his focus remained on me. With a swift kick, he shattered the window, and I could hardly believe my eyes when he reached in, unlocked the door, and extended his hand. “Come on! You can do it!” he urged, and in that moment, I found the strength to push through the fear. I grabbed his hand, and with a firm pull, he helped me escape just as the flames licked at the seat where I had been moments before. Once we were at a safe distance, I looked back in disbelief at the burning car, then turned to him, my heart pounding with gratitude. “Thank you! I thought I was done for,” I gasped, relief washing over me. He smiled, brushing off the adrenaline. “Just doing what anyone would do. I’m glad you’re okay!” As the siren

Great company to work with. We have had several jobs handled by them, most recently they renovated our showers for our house. The work was done quickly, in a quality manner, and affordable. I would definitely use them again.
