  Called and spoke to Jose, after the receptionist failed to provide any knowledgeable responses. Who stated the Owner (Robert) was in my area that day and would try and stop and complete an inspection that afternoon. Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn’t make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn’t honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn’t provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They’ll just waste your time.

  Obnoxiously unresponsive. It took one month to get the first quote and now it's yet another month and we've yet to receive the second requested quote. We've called, we've emailed, we've texted ... If you don't want the job just say so and stop wasting our time.

  Good evening Michelle, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Can you please share which technician you were working with and if you called the office or the technician? I cross referenced my records and cannot find a client with your name and can search for another name it may be under. During the rainy months we do get backed up in our schedule but a month is excessive and is not acceptable. We always recommend calling the office as our technicians are often on a roof and cannot answer right away and our office facilitates communication.   Very disappointed didnt follow up on my leaks. Or make the proper repairs on installing the flashing on my new roof.

  He was quick to come out and schedule the install. The date came and went and they no showed and never reached out to me again or try to reschedule. No explanation.

  Everything was fine until there was an issue with the raingutter in the back yard. They did a very shoddy job of rectifying the problem and basically stated that they would not guarantee their work. I would never use this company again!

  Needed a new roof on a fixer upper, called Advanced Roofing and Aaron Garcia came out & gave us a quote. Decided to move forward with this re-roof and we were very pleased with the work. Kept us informed, answered all our questions, and even came out the next day after completion (saturday) to check an issue with the HVAC on roof that we questioned ( not roofer fault ) but problem was diagnosed and resolved. Yes, we recommend.

  Aaron provided an estimate on the work to be done, and was extremely knowledgable, instilling enough confidence that I didn't feel the need to get a bid elsewhere. It was nice to have an expert look at our gutters, know exactly what needed to be done, then have the team execute the plan. The crew showed up on time, estimated a 2 hour job, but finished in 1 hour. They unclogged our gutters, cleaned them and made necessary repairs. All of this with hardly any mess. I had a window washing company "clean" our gutters previously. They did not unclog the gutters, just took a leaf blower to them, and made an absolute mess of our whole backyard and our pool. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Raingutters. My advice is pay a little more, and get a professional job done right the first time. It will more than likely save you time, money and frustration.

  I called Advanced Roofing & Rain Gutters to get on schedule for a free estimate, I spoke with the owners daughter Sierra, I was put on schedule right away for my free estimate. Robert came out and gave me a detailed estimate price was great for the work that I needed done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to any family or friends. This was a 10/10 experience.   After almost 30 years, our house in Fresno was definitely ready for a full roof replacement. When we noticed a leak in the kitchen, we knew it was finally time to get the work done. We talked to a few different roofing companies and got several estimates before deciding to go with Advanced Roofing & Raingutter Products Llc. From the start, Brett stood out as being extremely professional and quick to respond whenever we had questions during the estimate process. We felt comfortable trusting him and liked everything he explained in the quote. The price wasn’t the lowest or the highest, but we thought it was fair for the quality promised and felt confident that the crew would do a great job. One thing that made us feel good was Brett’s promise to make sure the ground was cleaned up every day, which was important to us since we have young kids who play outside. He also said he would check in regularly during the project, and he kept his word. Now that our new roof is finished, we can say the team went above and beyond what was promised, and the final bill matched the estimate. While we aren’t roofing experts and have no plans to get up on our two-story home to inspect every detail, from what we can see, the roof looks great and everything seems solid. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work in Fresno. If we ever need help with our roof again, we would choose them in the future.

  I had a few slipped tiles on my roof. Aaron came and fixed them for me. He explained the issue to me. He was very professional, honest and performed an excellent job. I will reach them out again for my future needs and will definitely recommend "Advanced Roofing" and Aaron to friends, neighbors or anyone asking me for a roofing company recommendation.

  This company was prompt to send someone to get a good overview of the project scope and got my roof scheduled asap. Arron understood my concerns for the finished look and previous history for the areas that were leaking. Overall the finish is what I wanted, the crew deployed were easy to communicate with, everyone was polite, and all the mess was hauled away. At this moment I have zero complaints with anything that was done. I would consider hiring this company again should the need arise.
