Driver with plate BV87772, is a reckless driver almost causing an accident with my vehicle which has a baby on board. Very disappointed with this driver. Cut me off so close and didnt even use a turn signal.

Thanks for ruining our gazebo roof while fixing our neighbour's roof. We discovered a roof nail that punctured our gazebo roof right after your team left today and now it's leaking water.

Sam and his team are simply the best. Excellent work and very fair prices. Don't make the mistake of going with a lower quote that won't do the job properly. These guys care and it shows in the quality of their work!

They were great people and did a great job on our roof. Friendly, professional, helpful with all of our questions leading up to the job, and did fast and clean work. They came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend them to others.

Our flat roof has been replaced TWICE in the last 15 years. Very painful and frustrating experience both times. We had a small leak again and Sam came out to inspect and followed up personally to ensure the repair was complete. In the end, the job ended up being significantly less than what he quoted. He could have easily charged the agreed upon price but did not. How often does that happen? Hardly ever! Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I live in Durham and the long wet WE of Aug 23, I experienced ceiling water damage from the improper roof vent installation by a different and local installer 5 years ago. Sam and his team were referred to me through my insurance people. Sam, despite his busy schedule and over a long WE, plus also living in the Toronto area, responded immediately and drove the 1.5 hr distance to assess and repair the leaking vent. He and his team member Kelly also checked attic humidity and found a need to install additional vents on the other side of the cathedral roof where none had been placed!!! I am very thankful and appreciative of their quick action and, I am also VERY IMPRESSED with their knowledge, expertise and certification standards. In future, when the roof eventually would need to be replaced, it will DEFINITELY be ACORES Roofing Ltd that I will call and whom I trust! A big Thank You Sam and Kelly!!!

Sam and his team are FIVE STAR in all regards. They immediately responded to a call after a rain storm and came in to get the repair done on two 20,000 square foot+ commercial/industrial buildings - both different style roofs. Several calls later, they keep coming back when they say and completing the job to more than satisfaction. Do not hesitate to call them.

Although I was not home to watch the repairs, the Acores group did the required work in an afternoon .... leaving everything clean and tidy. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.
