I had a really awful experience with this company. STAY AWAY is my advice based on my horror story of an experience. Mike was highly dismissive of the fact that 2 skylights were installed improperly by his team thus leading to interior damage from rain. One skylight he had repaired improperly, and water damage continued to occur. He took over a month to send someone to finally repair it properly. I was having to put down buckets to catch the drip for over a month. On December 23rd 2022, a Friday morning, there was a blizzard and I noticed snow coming in through my other skylight in the kitchen. He took a week to get someone to come by to "look at it," meaning that I got to cook Christmas dinner with snow falling on my head. Once his worker finally came by to "patch it up" the next week, he did not repair it properly I had to get on my roof and patch it myself afterwards because I still noticed snow coming in (Mike decided to ignore my attempts to contact him about the ongoing issue and so I had to repair it myself). Additionally, when this worker finally came by to do his "repair" he mentioned that on Friday December 23rd he had been working and would have been available to do the repair. Instead, Mike decided to let his customer spend Christmas with snow coming in from a skylight that was shottily installed by his company. I would advise anyone looking for basic respect and quality roofing to stay away from this company.

We had wind damage and the roof was leaking. Mike was quick to respond and came over the next morning. He fixed the roof promptly and was very cost effective. Great response, great job, good value.
