  After reviewing all the good things you all are saying about Abbott Roofing, l had a bad experience with him he is a compulsive liar, did me a bad deal on my roof, costed me $14,000 and here recently I had to pay another company $1000 to replace rotted boards that Abbott roofing said they replaced.

  Mrs. Perry. I find it very unpleasant that you leave a dishonest review. Your roof was an insurance claim. We completed everything the insurance paid us to do while adding numerous upgrades that you didn’t want to pay for. You have refused multiple times to provide us any documentation from the insurance company which would have allowed us to further assist you. We love to assist any and all of our customers with the upmost respect. We also document all of our projects with before, during, and after photos to insure we provide quality services. After reviewing your file and photos, all rotten decking that was on your roof was replaced even though insurance nor you paid us to replace.   Sam was Abbott roofing was great to work with. Communication with us was great! His crew was on time and did the work very fast. They even fixed something that the previous repair company completely forgot about. Price was very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

  Tim came out the day after calling, replaced our roof jacks, painted them to match our roof color and clean up was perfect! Professional, down to earth, reasonable cost and friendly! You can tell that Tim knows everything there is to know about roofing and loves doing repairing and replacing.

  Service was excellent! We called wanting an estimate for roof repair and got same a day estimate. The work was scheduled within 2 days and completed with in a few hours. The men who showed up to complete the work were very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Abbott Roofing Company.

  Tim and his crew were amazing, honest and professional. They took care of explaining everything they were doing to help my 90-year-old Dad. Gave him a great price with military discount. Now Dad can get coverage by his homeowner insurance. Thanks Tim.

  I gave Abbott roofing a call after a thunderstorm caused my roof to leak. I’m glad I did because Sam came out for the inspection. Knowledgeable, easy to talk with and a master at explaining everything transparently. No jargon, no rush, just pleasant tone and thoroughness. All around pleasant. He shimmied through all the attic spaces to get good photos, walked the roof and broke everything down simply. All acceptable options from most cost efficient to most expensive based on what I was after. I appreciated that he was able to present 3 choices for me. No push to go all in on the expensive or shame for the simplest fix because all options solved the problem. Sam was able to present timelines for me as well. After I made my selection and work began, I received photo updates from Sam as he and the crew progressed. At the end, I received a complete visual summary that matched with the written work. So let me say it again, the entire crew was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. From cleaning as they went, to magnetically checking my drive way and surroundings for loose nail upon completion, they showed genuine professionalism and knowledge. No flashiness or obnoxious jargon, just good experienced folks going a great job from start to finish. I will 100% recommend Abbott Roofing to my neighbors if they ask and will look to them for any future roofing needs.
