Unprofessional. I called this company strictly based on the good reviews. Adam showed up at my place to do a quick visual inspection from the ground floor. He was very nice and went over my options with me. He then scheduled to return the following day to climb up on the roof and search for the leak. For which he was going to charge $240. Fine, no problem. Except that he never showed up. I followed up with him that day and he assured me “100%” that he was going to be there tomorrow. Again, no show. Not even a phone call or a text. I am just confused as to why to keep telling me that you will be there and then not show. If you are too busy, it is bad timing or you are just not too enthusiastic about my job - OK – no hard feelings, just let me know, simple as that. That would be an appropriate thing to do. I would not recommend this company, because leading people on and then ghosting them, should not be how a business operates.

Hi Irina, I am wondering why you did not receive my follow-up communication? After stopping by your home, I did send you a follow up call, and an additional text message to let you know I was not able to perform this work because of the … More

I have had the pleasure of using this company twice. Both times the workmanship, professionalism, and cost have been spot on. I would highly recommend Adam and his company to all that need work done. If there was a sixth star he would definitely get it. Great job Adam.

Used A to Z to find and fix a leak around two windows. Adam was quick to respond and provide an estimate. Repairs were performed and no more leaks. Good quality work and very professional. I will use A to Z again and will recommend them to others! Don't hesitate to use A to Z.

Adam is the best. He not only fixed our garage last year, but he put in new bamboo flooring in two of our bedrooms and the the third floor landing. It looks beautiful. He's very easy to work with, responds immediately, and finishes the jobs in a timely fashion. His work is top notch and his prices are very reasonable. I'd highly recommend hiring A to Z Concept to anyone. I can't thank them enough for what he's done for our home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We interviewed several companies to replace our roof and AtoZ was the best with their bid and most importantly they treat your home as if it was their own, where other companies were trying to cut corners, the owner, Adam, recommended doing what was in our best interest to get the best longevity in our new roof. Rightway = Quality and Peace of Mind!

We had new siding put on our home and they completed this in 1 day! Very affordable pricing and Adam was very professional, patient and made the entire process easy for us. Our home looks great and will recommend them to our neighbors should they ask! A great local siding company!

Adam provided excellent customer service and quality repairs to our siding and roof. He even took time to share other gaps and repaired them. I really appreciate his honesty and willing to answer all of our questions. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work as if it’s his own house. He also wanted to make sure we knew what he originally saw in pictures and then showed us pictures of what he repaired. Great quality for the price and highly recommended. And he was also flexible with his timing to come to our house. Will definitely hire and recommend in future
