  BEWARE. This company does subpar work and will never come back if there is an issue. I should have known when we first started and was given a quote that later turned into 5k more because they were trying to get away with just putting a new roof on top of the existing. They damaged the gutters during installation, didn't come back for months after countless calls and texts and then put the new ones on incorrectly. They never came to fix the ceiling that was part of the contract and kept my deposit. The owner stopped answering my calls until I called from an unknown number and she pretended to be someone else. This last storm really shows how badly the roof and gutters were installed.

  Company did not provide cost estimate of the work nor the services that would be rendered before proceeding to start work on a minor leak in a bay window. Ultimately I was told $700 cost, after the fact, for what was 2 tubes of caulk applied to 2 windows and 1 door over not more than 30mins time. It was so fast the guy didn’t even turn off his truck. Poor business practices to not quote ahead of deciding to do the work, on top of eye-popping prices relative to the services rendered, if you ask me. I would not recommend. Editing to respond to owner's response: Notice the owner responded to this 6 months after it happened. They did not provide the cost over the phone prior to coming out. Flat out lie.

  NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !! Two stars because they took the job and completed it. However, when it came time for the warranty repair, they made multiple excuses of being busy and finally stopped responding to the text and calls. The leaks appeared in the same areas and they didn't live up to their promises. To the business owner : if you can't keep your promises, don't make them. I have written and signed warranty. If I wanted, I could have taken legal actions but didn't want to go through the lengthy process to save both of us some time and a second chance for you. To those who are reading this , please do not use their service if you think you might need their warranty. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!

  Stay away from this company. They so called "fixed" my roof 3 day ago and now it is leaking. We called them several times in invoice, they didn't send it. Overcharged and mislead.

  *Company mislead by offering 5 year 'plan' that included fixing the only minor issue we had with the roof. In this $2200, services were supposed to be included to fix porch area where we had the only leak - rest of roof was known to be in good shape. *Company never gave written estimate before work began, this was done by delaying service when people were home and then gaining access to 'work' when homeowners were not present. *Once contractor was on site, extra money was asked for in order to do the original porch fix. The only item of work we asked to be done. *Comprehensive 'review' of roof was nothing, 5 year roof 'guarantee' rescinded via phone. What was promised to be a comprehensive review of roof and fix of outstanding issues was nothing more than 2 hrs worth of abusive verbal denials via phone by the contractor and at tops, 1.5 hrs of work for porch. *Work took place on 9/25 after several days of delays, obvious now to the homeowner that strategy was to 'complete' the assessment / work when nobody was available. *Pictures were taken of assessment, sent to the homeowner, yet no follow up on items found to be done on property. *Lack of materials used at job site show that likely no new materials of note were used except for potentially gluing existing roof back together using very minor materials (likely very short term fix). *Contractor mentioned they assessed property / porch for $2200 price yet they could not have due to below: When homeowner confronted contractor on additional $500 ask and why it was not included in assessment, he mentioned they did not know, but of course, they assessed porch as mentioned above (demonstrates that assessment never took place). *I asked contractor to leave site but he basically refused saying job was in progress. He used this strategy to rescind his 5 year guarantee, basically stating that he would do it for $2200 yet no assessment and/or guarantee on future issues. Does not matter, nothing was performed anyways in ter

  Dear Greg, so sorry for all the inconvenience, but I must ask are you sure we did the work for you? There is another roofing company called AC CASTLE ROOFING? I don’t remember this roof or complaint? We never walk on a property without a owner being present let alone work on there roof? Also we always give contracts with written estimates? Are you saying you never received a contract? One more thing we do not warranty any of our roof repairs for 5 years, that’s unheard of at the most we warranty for the sum of 1 year max. Please feel free to ask any of our clients. Please if you can send me a email with the contract, pictures or anything that states we did the roof repairs and warrantied it for 5 years. Once provided not only will I give you a full re fund but I will redo the roof at no charge ! And if it’s not repairable I have no problem installing you a new one. Thanks.

  A.C. Roof Repair came out to do an emergency repair on a gutter that had detached from my house. I would like to thank Theresa and Steven for their services . Extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend them Will be a returning customer in the future for additional gutter and roofing services

  Working with this company was a breeze, super fast response! They fixed a major tear in the roof that causing serious leaking inside. The workers were professional, thorough and fast. They guarantee the work for two years with the “roof tune up” option. I would use again for sure! Thank you

  After weeks of broken promises from other contractors to repair a leak in our roof, AC roofing came through. The contractor they sent was very professional and traced the leak to a gutter pipe and completed the repair in one day. They sent out a drone to do a full roof inspection prior to the repair. I would highly recommend AC roofing!

  I left a message and I was getting a call back within 1 hour and an estimate within two. The repair person was on my roof the following morning. The owner was super friendly and professional. I will recommend A.C. Roof Repair to anyone who needs a good, fast and professional roof repair with a courteous person to help you set it up.
