The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for 3 in 1 Roofing Services Inc. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Andrew is a hard worker, honest, reliable and effectively worked through problems (rot to OSB and other issues due to poor workmanship re previous roofer). He effectively corrected issues of concern by 2 previous workers re main roof overhang and the cottage/studio. Andrew came recommended by a contractor I have complete faith in. Andrew is pleasant and reliable and considerate. He notified me in advance of arriving and checked in before leaving at the end of the day. He kept me informed of progress and needs. I I mentioned to him I would recommend him to others re roof repairs. I also provided feedback re original estimate (in addition to what is in writing).... to reinforce verbally that an "estimate is just that an estimate." There are a number of unknowns... However if the roof has damage impacting plywood/OSB the cost to repair would increase. I encouraged Andrew to keep the communication re extra costs etc open with the client. I am very pleased/satisfied with Andrew's work. The overall cost was reasonable. My tenant Lorne at my other property was very pleased with the Workmanship (replacing shed roof). Regards. Dianne

Great work by Andrew and team. We recently had our two houses’ roofs completely replaced by this roofing company, and they did an outstanding job! The crew was super hard-working, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They paid great attention to detail and left everything clean. Highly recommend them—excellent work and great service! Thank you!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on 3 in 1 Roofing Services Inc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
