I am quite disappointed with my recent experience with Alpha Roofing and Cladding. After reaching out to them about a possible leak on a roof they installed back in 2009, I had to wait over three weeks for a site visit. The roof was still under manufacturers warranty, and I made alpha aware of this when I initially contacted them. I contacted them several times to try to find out when they would come out to assess the area and there was no mention of a service fee for the site visit during this communication. When the technician finally arrived, his evaluation was minimal at best. He merely stood on a ladder, shined a flashlight from the attic entrance, and did not conduct a proper inspection of the damp trusses that we were concerned about. On the roof, he suggested applying a couple of dabs of clear caulking to the exposed nail heads, which were part of their original installation. To my surprise, I received an invoice for $335 after this brief visit. There was no upfront mention of a fee for the site visit. When I reached out for clarity regarding the charge, I encountered rude and dismissive communication from the administrative staff. After much back and forth, the fee was eventually reduced by $100. I am more than happy to pay for work completed and I understand that warranty issues can create a grey area, but this has all been quite disappointing. Considering that our roof is under a 30-year warranty and was installed by Alpha, I expected better service, especially in terms of customer support. Overall, my experience has been one of frustration and dissatisfaction. I would not recommend Alpha Roofing and Cladding based on this experience.

An employee was taking up half of the roadway with no hazards, pylons, or way of directing traffic. I approached him and asked kindly for him to move his truck to a loading zone and he started to swear and take out his anger on me just …

Witnessed the driver of an alpha roofing company truck almost cause two accidents in less than 5 minutes. Turned left at an intersection where you can’t turn left, and almost caused a t-bone accident. Then turned right down a road that was on a blind corner, no signal or anything and the person had to slam on their brakes behind them. Can’t say anything for their roofing work but if they drive like this in a company truck I wouldn’t trust them 🤷🏻‍♂️

We had Alpha Roofing come to our house to give us their opinion of our roof condition. They sent a gentleman named Gil, and when I say gentleman I mean it with full respect. He was able to show us our roofs short comings and did not try to sugar coat it. A real professional. I would recommend this company every day of the week.
