Solve company installed our solar panels. Here are photos of our roof with their installation.

  Reply from the business

We’re very sorry to hear about the concerns and frustration this situation has caused following the solar installation, and we completely understand the importance of having it addressed promptly and properly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for taking the time to share the photos. We did want to kindly clarify that Solve Roofing was not the company that completed the installation shown in the photos. The work was completed by our affiliated company, Solve Energy, which operates separately from our roofing division. That said, we’ve already made sure the appropriate team is aware of your concerns and that the situation is being reviewed as a priority. We take feedback like this seriously and want to ensure you receive proper follow-up and support from the team responsible for the project. We truly appreciate you bringing this forward and giving the team the opportunity to look into it further.

Owen was a Dynamo! He worked, by himself, using a plan of action that includes removing the old, mossy roof and the, systematically replacing it with water proof underlying material, vents, etc. He was very personable, always ready to explain what he was doing and why. My confidence in his finished product was always there! hi was also very respectful of the neighbours on both sides of our home, doing a magnetic sweep of my entire property, front, back, and sides, picking up thousands of nails from the old roof that could have damaged our car tires. % stars, Owen! I had a wonderful experience with Solve Roofing. The staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I need to give an extra special mention to Caidin Stamm for his friendly professionalism and expertise. Caidin really went above and beyond by helping us do exactly what we needed and wanted for our renovation. He truly made our experience a positive one. Solve Roofing was definitely the right choice for us. We researched a lot of other companies, and compared to the others we sourced for our home improvement project, they were by far the very best in their field to take on the job. I am so grateful that we found them, and that Caidin was there to help make our home and our lives function more efficiently. Thank you, Solve Roofing!"

Excellent, good natured and hard working crew. They put in long hours and finished the job in half the number of days I’ve seen similar sized roofs completed. This is a professional, organized and well managed company
