Adrian is the best! He was very thorough in his assessment of our roof. Took a complete video and explained what needed to be done. He did not try to up sell or waste your time. Job well done and thank you.

Our experience with Adrian was excellent! We had a leak in our roof and asked him to do a complete roof inspection as our roof is probably 20 years old. He found several places where repairs were needed and gave us a reasonable quote to …

Adrian was such a great help! I was going to potentially pay to have my roof repaired not knowing that the roof is under warranty. I really appreciated his honesty and being such a great help with educating me on the roofing process. I will give all my business and refer everyone to him that I speak to.

By far the most honest and professional roofer in North County. I reached out to Adrian because there’s a lot of big companies and I would rather support small business. He came out a day after the rain storm , and gave me an honest opinion and recommendation for my problem with a leak. Highly recommend using him for any roofing needs. Will be referring him to my brother and contractor friends in the future. Extremely reasonable prices and high-quality to fix.

🏗️ Commercial Managers: Is Your "Big Roof" Hiding Small Disasters? When you’re managing hundreds of thousands of square feet—like this facility in Rancho Cucamonga—you can’t see every detail from a ladder. A "small" issue on a massive roof becomes a major liability overnight. At 1st Choice Roofing, we specialize in "Deep-Dive" Commercial Inspections. We find the failures that others miss: • Clogged Drains: On an ultra-large roof, one blocked drain can trap enough weight to cause a structural collapse or major ponding. • Cracked Skylights: These are often the first things to fail. We inspect every single one for hairline cracks and seal integrity. • Seam Failures: Heat expansion on a large building wreaks havoc on seams. We catch these before the first drop hits your warehouse floor. The Best Part: We are offering Free Professional Commercial Inspections for large-scale facilities. Don't wait for a tenant or an inventory loss to tell you there’s a leak. With 30+ years of local experience, I know the specific challenges of Inland Empire weather and large-scale commercial maintenance.
