  They are in bankruptcy! Still owed some materials from my remodel which was roof, siding, and windows. Took a roof deposit from my young widowed neighbor with 3 children and filed bankruptcy!

  Kevin is now totally unresponsive - phone number no longer works. Shoddy work on 1/2 of a $30,000 siding install - work was given to a sub who, according to the siding manufacturer was improperly installed. Neither 1st Choice nore the sub respond to calls, texts, or emails. Fixing this will be another $10,000 or so, which I do not have. Considering legal action, but practically speaking, that will not work as the company declared bankruptcy in October 2022 without notice. There was no communication or coordination between 1sr Choice and sub. Kevin stated that our house should have been torn down. He blatantly lied when he said he was not the LLC company owner; PA attorney general records show that he is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Roger this is not fair, we have not received any calls or messages concerning the completion of the project (complaint was filed on Google 1.5 years after the completion of project and after final payment was made). We have tried reaching out on multiple occasions to fix whatever concern you have. We just don't understand the poor review when we have not been in contact in over a year..

  Zach sold the job 3 weeks ago and is NOT the owners son. Owner was told weather permitting start date. We had high level storms hit the surrounding area over the past 2 weeks. This delayed several jobs. This customer was told this could happen as any person would understand you cannot preform certain work under those conditions. The job is to be started as scheduled. (Weather permitting) as a company we can understand how some customers have been treated by others in the past. But to leave a review like this one after signing a contract less than one month prior. It’s unacceptable.

  All work was done exactly as promised. Everyone was extremely courteous, polite and paid close attention to all details. Kevin did everything he promised, and when it comes time for additional work to be done, I will definitely call on 1st Choice Home Improvement.

  Had this company do lots of work at my house . Had new siding and gutters installed . Had a new deck put on and just recently had my kitchen and 2 bathrooms redone. Looks like a brand new house couldn't be any happier and Kevin is great to work with. Thanks guys

  Great experience all around. Workers showed up on time and worked very fast. We knew getting a new roof there was some bad wood but the wood replaced was already covered and they didn't try to replace all the wood to charge me more. I will recommend them in the future

  This is the second job I’ve had 1st Choice do for me. I had a roof put on several years ago and was so pleased with the results, I called them for my soffit and fascia. Kevin is so helpful and easy to work with and the crew cleaned the area, walked me through when they finished and again, I’m quite pleased with the work.

  What a fantastic job renovating the exterior of my home! Siding, gutters, soffit and fascia, windows and roof were all done. I was informed what work was to be done on specific days and work completed as promised and exactly as quoted. I highly recommend 1st Choice Home Improvements!

  When you find a good contractor hold on to them for dear life. I must have worked with 10 contractors before working with first choice. Not only was the service swift but it was very professional. Kevin at this company did what he was going to do. I would definitely work with them again.
