Zornex Key Roofers really set the bar for roof shingle replacement and overall roofing service. jesse and the crew delivered top quality workmanship, and the guidance i got through each step of the roof repair and replacement process was some of the best i have ever had. luke was easy to work with, very skilled, and clearly knew every part of the job from materials to installation. the whole experience felt smooth, honest, and professional, and the finished roof looks outstanding from the curb. in Bell Gardens, that kind of clean roofing work and attention to detail really stands out. my roof has become the talk of the neighborhood, and it honestly looks like a work of art. i highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing help.

Zornex Key Roofers inspected my roof after storm damage and helped move the insurance claim forward. The insurance company gave us a lot of delays and roadblocks, but the team kept providing solid evidence, photos, and clear roofing details until the adjuster approved the full roof replacement. Once coverage was approved, everything moved on a clear timeline and the whole project came together smoothly. caleb and the support staff were very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Their effort with my claim was amazing, and they stayed patient through the whole process. The roof replacement showed excellent craftsmanship, and the new gutters were done with the same level of care. i am very happy with my new roof, and it gives my home better protection from sun, heat, and seasonal storms. jesse, richard, and the rest of the crew worked hard, communicated well, and showed real dedication to the job. The whole experience meant a lot, and it is great to see people who truly care about their work and do it so well.

We needed chimney repair and a full roof replacement, so we reached out to several roofing contractors for estimates. The estimate process was easy, informative, honest, and completely pressure free. The pricing was competitive, and right away it felt like the right roofing company for the job. The crew that handled the chimney repair was prompt, skilled, and did excellent work. When it was time for the new roof, the roofing team arrived as scheduled and Caleb checked in with us first, making sure we knew he was available for any questions during the project. The whole crew respected our property, worked hard and efficiently, and delivered high quality craftsmanship from start to finish. They paid close attention to detail, including a careful cleanup at the end of the day. I even noticed the crew going back over the area to make sure no nails or debris were left behind. From the first estimate through the final completion of the roof and chimney work, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and better than we could have hoped for.

I’m giving 5 stars because roof work naturally comes with some noise, and the crew handled everything the right way. They installed a metal roof with added insulation, and the whole roofing job was done efficiently, neatly, and with real skill. The team kept the work area clean and made the process smooth from start to finish. In warm weather, this type of roof and insulation setup is a great upgrade for comfort, durability, and long-term value. The price of a metal roof is higher than some other roofing options, but it truly makes the home feel more solid and high quality. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for a long-lasting roof system backed by a strong warranty.

I hired a roofing crew after a neighbor suggested them at my previous home, and they did a great job finding roof problems and fixing them at a fair price with strong workmanship. After moving into my new house, i asked caleb for an estimate to replace an older tile roof. The team gave me competitive options for both shingles and tile roofing, and they clearly explained the pros and cons of each system. I went with shingles because my home is near a golf area and i wanted to avoid cracked tiles from stray balls, plus the shingle option was more budget friendly while still offering excellent material quality and curb appeal. wesley and the crew arrived sooner than expected, stayed on schedule, tore off the old tile roof, replaced damaged wood decking, and finished the full roof installation in just a few days. They also paid close attention to flashing, underlayment, and cleanup, which made the whole project feel smooth and professional. The property was left spotless, with no stray nails or debris, and the new roof looks fantastic. i am extremely happy with the finished result, from the appearance to the overall function and protection of the roof system. jesse and the team were honest, easy to work with, priced fairly, and delivered quality work on time. I highly recommend them for anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

Wesley was FANTASTIC! Our experience began when he answered our call in the evening as we were searching for a roofer to give us an estimate. He was able to schedule a visit for 11am the next day, while other roofing companies in Bell Gardens were booked out for weeks. Wesley carefully explained his suggestions for our roof and provided a detailed quote that same night. We decided to move forward, expecting the project to start in a few weeks, but Wesley surprised us by calling to let us know there was an opening and offered to get started the following week. His roofing crew arrived right on time, treated our property with respect, kept everything tidy, and worked efficiently. Wesley’s communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and his dedication to the job really stood out. When the supplier ran out of the shingles we originally chose after the old roof was removed, Wesley quickly reached out to us and helped us select a great alternative, causing only a very minor delay. The finished roof looks incredible! I would highly recommend Wesley and his team to anyone needing roofing services in Bell Gardens.
