  Quoted the job to take a little over a week, going on three weeks now. Consistently show up late and leave early. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

  Folks, Folks, I direct messaged “Vinz” to inquire what property address he was talking about because his comments were totally OFF Q for Royal Roofing Company; I mentioned that there Is four similarly named Royal’s Out there all of which are not related to my Royal Roofing Company, which is why I asked for the address so I could trace. Royal Roofing Company (mine) Not related Roofers that have “Royal” in their name; Royal Roofing & Construction Royal Roof Co. Royal Roofing & Waterproofing Royal Roofing Inc. MY “Royal Roofing Company” is a 42yr. “Same Licensed”, Insured and multi-Factory Certified Professional employing 50+ Employee Roofing Pro’s + several sales and service reps plus office staff AND ALL OF US Or absolutely fanatics about the customer experience because these review reviews are so important… We’re real business and we show up on time and we don’t tell a client or a tenant and you said that your tenant we don’t know at what building or maybe a building next-door, that a three week job would only take one week because that would only make A client, tenants or neighboring property owners or tenants more uncomfortable knowing that they’re gonna have to put up with this open heart surgery on a building is just a total inconvenience, but it has to be done on every property everywhere… To give us a one star on Google and Yelp without Knowing was it my company or these other similarly named companies, but I know on my trucks we have signs left right front back business cards where if there was an inconvenience, may sound old school, but pick up the phone and call the office and ask for a manager and say hey, do you know how long is this job gonna take as the dust or the noise or the tar smell or the compressors is bothersome… But to do this review two of them, but not making the effort so called during the job to call the company or the landlord is I think everyone would admit I’m called for… The roofing process is an uncomfortable week or two

NOTE: There are "four similar ROYAL named Roofing Contractors" that many times a caller has call them thinking was us for visa vera so possibly the wrong Royal (many have copied my 40yr.   After waiting for them for 2 plus weeks , They finally came in Saturday morning . After my husband respectfully gave them access to the property, parking, codes for the door and provided access to garage and the apartment , they called us on Sunday to say that if we don’t cover the mattress that was in the neighbors balcony they will stop with installation and leave immediately. They stopped everything and left with no explanation.

  This is one of the most disrespectful companies I ever tried to worked with. They been in business for a while screwing other companies and landlords and not completing the work on time , rudely raising their voices and hanging up the phone

  I made an appointment one week prior and they left me a message saying appointment was still on schedule but if it's raining we will call you to postpone, but do give us a call if you dont need an estimate. So by that logic I didnt need to call since my time hadnt changed. Today I called to ask why no one showed up and they cancelled "because of the rain." Not the most clear communication.

  After getting three quotes we chose Royal Roofing because of their experience and the fact they use their own employees instead of subcontractors. The crew was reliable and the work quality was excellent. Very happy with our decision.

  Insurance company required a roof replacement and Royal Roofing handled everything quickly and professionally. The crew was thorough and kept the site clean. Work passed inspection without issue.

  H Hamish, Appreciate the pat on the back for us and the public… Insurance Carriers are trying to mitigate their exposure to interior water damage claims from roof leaks big (BIG) time at their policy holder’s expense…. Requiring a reroof if the roof is over 15yrs. which is ridiculous. If a roof is under 15yrs old, they’re requiring for maintenance and power washing the algae off by a licensed C-39 Roofing Contractor + they want photos of the Process, a copy of the contract and payment receipt along with the Roof roofing contractor licensee statement on letterhead so it’s very strict… Glad we were able to help you get through that and appreciate it again taking a minute to give us a shout out… ROYAL ROOFING (.com) Owner STEVE

  This is my 3rd time using Royal Roofing to service/repair my Spanish style home with flat roof. Owner Steve Pinkus knows the business. Rudy and Juan, crew foremen, were great. Prepping and repairing roof was done quickly and crew cleaned up after themselves.
