  Just runs through red light no shame in his game. Your drivers are gonna kill somebody on one of our roads if they keep driving erratically the way they do and if he wants to deny it, I’ll post the video and embarrass the shit out of him so unprofessional especially when your business name is all over your vehicle

  Showed up to my closed business on a Saturday at 5pm, closed sign, no lights on etc. Have them on camera going to both entrances and trying to open the door. I called the number on the van to see what was going on and voicemail was full. Doesn’t seem like a normal way of doing business and I’ve had no prior contact with this company ever.

  I reached out to Zhumas for an estimate to have work done in my roof. I received an estimate but hadn't decided what I was going to do at that point. I can't even say how many times the sales person called me but it was multiple times a day. Because they came recommended I used them for my project. Part of the project was to redo the aluminum on the outside of my windows and around my windowsill. That did not happen and I was told the parts were not available but once they came in it would be done. I reached out to The sales person many many times, emailed and called the company numerous times. To this day still havr not heard back.

  I had zhumas replace my metal roof that was leaking with brand new metal roof and its still leaking. Tried calling them and texting them for 2 months now they said 2 months ago they were gonna come and fix it and now they won't even answer my calls or texts I'm stuck with a brand new metal roof that still leaks worse then the old one and them ignoring my calls and texts. Not professional I've talked to a few companies and they said it wasn't installed correctly at all and would need to be replaced and redone again. After paying 10k already to them to have them do it. Metal roofs should outlast any other roof if installed correctly I would not recommend them to anyone to do a metal roof. I don't know how they do other roofs but metal ones I do know. I think its very unprofessional to pay someone to do a job and them not do it right and leave you hanging and completely ignore you.

  I hired Zhumas to replace the whole roof. In the beginning, things were flowing smoothly. They responded to me quickly and their quote was competitive. They got the job done in late October within 2 days and the roof looks great. However, in January, after a snowstorm, I noticed water on the floor of the sunroom and water stains in the ceiling. Since then the communication has become really broken. They never answer my phone calls and only text me back sporadically. It often takes days before I receive a response. On 01/18, some workers did come back and added the caulk to some spots. There have been no new leaks since then, but they didn’t assess or repair the interior ceiling as I requested. While Luis said in February they would fix it, he has been procrastinating on actually making a plan for it. At one point he asked me when will be a good time. I told him that any day but Saturday. When I asked him what days and times work best for his team, one day later he texted me saying next Saturday. At this point I have given up on hope that they would keep their promise. I am tired of chasing them.

  Horrible I fired them. Had to babysit them all day to ensure they followed install instructions for warranty. No one spoke English. I’ve been a contractor /investor for 10+. Yrs and know what I’m talking about.

  The Zhumas team embraced every challenge and delivered on their promise to replace the asphalt roof on our island lake house. The project presented unique challenges including limited parking and the need to transport all roofing materials and debris between the parking area and the island by boat, requiring multiple trips. Adding to these challenges, the crew worked through record-breaking heat and oppressive humidity without compromising the quality of their work. Their professionalism, perseverance and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. They completed the work as scheduled and the roof looks amazing! If you are looking for reliable roofers at a reasonable price we highly recommend Zhumas Construction.

  I had my roof redone this week (full installation) and cannot say enough about how industrious and well organized the crew was, and how much they obviously work well and joyfully together. The job was completed in one day, with good attention to detail - from ensuring the demolition work did not damage my plants, to repairing a screen that was accidentally hit by falling debris, to staying until nearly dark to ensure every last item was cleaned up. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars (yet) is that there was a piece missing in the gutter work, but they have promised to come back and complete that. Once it's done, I'll update this review.
