  We scheduled JP Carroll Roofing to quote installing two skylights and were told the consultation would take about 45 minutes. Instead, the visit lasted over 90 minutes and we never received a skylight quote. The rep refused to discuss or quote the skylights and spent much of the appointment pushing a full roof replacement, claiming he saw “20 nails popping out of the roof” and recommending we redirect our budget to a new roof. The sales pressure felt excessive and not aligned with why we called. We sought a second opinion from another licensed roofer, who said the roof appeared to be only about 5–7 years old and did not recommend replacement. Town permit records also show the roof was fully replaced in 2019. Because of the hard-sell approach for something that wasn't needed, we chose a different contractor and will not use JP Carroll Roofing in the future. Consider getting a second opinion if you are advised to replace your roof.

  They didn't work on my place but decided they could park in my driveway without asking while working on a neighbors house.. they did move when I asked them but they played dumb.."he thought it was a road" said the guy in charge.

  Although the inspector missed what ended up being a major expense during the inspection, Lucas and the team at JP Carroll showed tremendous integrity in working out an amicable solution on the install date when the crew identified the issue. JP Carroll puts its customers first, which is rare these days. Christian and his crew were fantastic! Professional, thorough, and efficient throughout. EDIT: Was 5 stars and remains 5 stars but I'm adding the following notes. My roof leaked 3 weeks after install and nobody except Lucas picked up the phone. Not even the "24/7 emergency line". Not only did he pick up the phone but he and Christian were out WITHIN THE HOUR to caulk over the leak and prevent any further damage. Lucas and Christian came back 2 days later to permanently repair the leak. Then come to find out my Gold Plus warranty that "comes with the roof" was not registered. Once again no one from the office would pick up the phone except John from A/R who worked with the main office to get my warranty registered. THANK YOU Lucas, Christian, and John! You guys saved the 5 star review!!

  Working with Lucas on my roof replacement made the projects seamless came in introduced himself introduce his crew leader Solano Explained how the process was going to go. It went exactly as planned. The crew was friendly and asked throughout the day. If everything looked OK at the end, walked around the project. It looks great.

  We had a great experience starting with the sales rep who provided a detailed overview of the roofing process and options. The roofing crew were on time, worked hard and did a great jobwith the roof installation. We really appreciated the work of Lucas; the project manager to insure the job was done right and the yard was thoroughly cleaned of debrie.

  Fast, efficient, thorough. Cost more than I expected but the peace of mind and warranty compensate for that. Mike Chase, the install manager, made sure things went smoothly and all the necessary materials were on-site. The roof looks great.
