  I paid upfront, in full for roof replacement. After reviewing camera footage, I noticed most of the felt material was not removed. Before beginning, Mark explained the cost per sheet for any 'decking' [plywood] that may be needed. I let my guard down assuming ALL shingles and felt would be removed. That did not happen. Mark claimed it wasn't necessary to remove all the felt material. I paid for a roof replacement - not an opinion on whether or not to cut corners. Wires connected to my security cameras were pulled away from the soffit. Mark claimed his crew did not touch any wires. Mark showed up in the a.m. as promised then left for hours as his team worked. Mark did not attempt to look at the wires or any before and after footage. I sent Mark a picture of what appears to be a loose shingle near the flashing around my chimney. Mark commented the flashing looks normal but did not address the loose shingle in his response. A 'blind' outlet cover was removed from the soffit above my front door. No one seems to know anything about it but there is a clear difference in paint and weathering where the cover use to be. I have done business with Zetroc roofing since around 2006 for minor repairs including flashing and a plumbers vent. Mark and his team seemed friendly, fair in pricing and professional. I had no issues until I made the mistake of trusting them for a total roof replacement. Zetroc roofing owned by Mark Cortez [zetroc = cortez spelled backward] is not to be trusted. He will never get another penny as I have the camera wires, loose shingle and outlet cover fixed at my expense. A one star review is too generous. I have no other option.

  oh ! Mrs. Ladson, I am so sorry. I am just seeing this review. I sincerely apologize that you feel this way and I would love to discuss these concerns with you. I was unaware that you were dissatisfied considering you an I had spoke on several occasions after we did the roof. However, we never ask for any payments up front.   Well, I’m not sure who you saw taking sign but I only have myself that’s a rep for this company and I know I haven’t taken anybody to sign down. Sorry for your confusion when you must’ve seen someone else’s company doing this. Thank you for responding anyway.

  I paid mark 4000.00 to repair my dormers. Not only did he not repair them I have more leaks than before. I now have to pay someone else to do what I paid him to do!!

  Miss Carter, I am sorry for you not being satisfied but my contract with you was to change rotten wood on your house. We never had anything to do with a Roof Repair. Please call Marc at 770-231-4740 and I’m sure he will discuss a way to satisfy you

  Mark Cortez does great work and he is the most reasonably priced. They got my roof on in one day. And they not only replaced the shingles, but all the bad plywood. If you are looking for an honest person to deal with, Mark is your man. The roof looks great and I am confident it will last for many trouble-free years.

  Thanks to Mark and his hardworking crew for my new roof. He does great work in a timely fashion and isn't pushy with upgrades but made sure I was aware of the options. I took an upgrade and I'm glad. I'll be giving you a call again this year for more home improvements. 10/10.

  Mr. Mark was awesome! He took such good care of us. He guided us through the process with our insurance, and did amazing work on the roof and gutters. Our utility bill went down also with the new improved roof. His professional service was above and beyond our expectations. We could not have had a better experience.

  Mark and his crew were wonderful to work with. The price was competitive and the work was finished within the timeline we discussed. Mark even helped us decide on the color of the roof when we showed him the color we picked to have the house painted. My wife and I could not be happier.
